Great location, fun atmosphere and terrific food but we had to wait over a half hour to get our order at lunchtime on a Monday. Fries and onion rings could have been warmer but they were still great. The burgers were wonderful & we loved the impossible burger option for our vegan daughter. If you don’t mind waiting there is a lot to do while you wait. Huge outdoor patio that’s dog friendly and has a bags game (corn hole) set

Excellent smash burgers, cooked to perfection. I had the Impossible Burger swap and it was grilled so well-great char! Could not even tell the burgers were plant-based. Mom loved her beef burger, as well. Fries were also super good! Not sure what the Outsider sauce is but it was tasty! Onion rings were delicious-crispy outside, juicy, plump onions inside.
Highly recommend for bigger small groups. Easy walk-up ordering, a bar to sit for drinks, and an outside area to take food out.

Today I placed a catering order with The Outsider. It was for a company lunch that included several vegetarians. I was able to put in an order that satisfied the whole group. The burgers (meat and plant-based) were juicy and delicious, the Caesar salad was plentiful and amazing , and the fries were hot and crispy. And we got some out of this world cookies as a complimentary treat.
I will be using this service in the future. The online ordering made the process very easy and the owners reached out when they had a question.

Been wanting to come to your place for awhile and finally made it. So glad we did.came with the wife first time had the salads .they were outstanding. Came back the following Monday with wife and son.my son had the the best burger in his life and the wife had a vegan burger and was really pleased with the taste. Me another fafalel salad and messy fries. Great job guys and gals. We’ll be back again and again

Stopped by last week and had a super tasty lunch. I had The Outsider Burger, a Caesar salad, and a side of fries. A feast! Burger was cooked perfectly and salad was nice and fresh (great dressing too btw). Fries have a nice coating on them. Overall, I really enjoyed the food and the service was spot on. I’d definitely go back. Pinball, for sure, when I have more time.

We came after hearing a new place had opened up, this use to be an I e cream joint.
It’s cool to see all the Pinball machines, they have a. Few multi-arcades too.
The food selection is basically fast casual american, burgers, fries, dogs, and all the toppings you could ask for.
They have a good bar and great drink selection, the cocktails are made well.
Highly recommended.

Beware the service has a 40-55 minute wait after ordering simple things to make like fries, hotdogs and sandwiches. When we visited, there were only 6 groups of people.
The fries were awesome, as they were long and had some seasoning on them. The hotdogs were really tasty and reasonably priced. The thick chicken sandwich included kettle potato chips.

We booked The Outsider for a party and it was excellent! Before the party we exchanged a couple emails with the staff to arrange details about food, alcohol, and what pinball machines would be set for free play.
On the day of the party we arrived a few minutes early and staff already had signs up and pinball machines prepared. We asked for some minor changes to how ordering would work. The staff agreed to the changes and everything was smooth for everyone.
People at the party all came in and ordered food and drinks and that was covered. The bar was also open and was separate to allow people to pay for their own alcohol.
We had about 35 people at our event and there was plenty of room for everyone.

It was my first time there. Loved all the pinball machines. We had a burger and onion rings and they were really good. I would recommend it to a friend or even someone I didn’t know. Can’t wait to go again maybe in the summer. They have a nice outdoor area as well. Too cold to be out there now.
