We are from out of town and googled a restaurant near our hotel. Not wanting a typical chain place we chose The Other Place and were so happy with our choice. Go here! It’s a large, spacious place with lots of seating, great atmosphere, great beers and AMAZING PIZZA. WOW. Zach our waiter was friendly and very cool. He’s getting a very nice tip. Give The Other Place a try. You won’t be sorry.

My wife and I just stopped off here while riding our bicycles on the trail. We sat out on the patio overlooking the green space and enjoyed an excellent taco pizza and Moscow mule Saturday special while being waited on by Nicole and watching the KU MU game. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent, and Nicole was a very great waitress. highly recommended!

Great sports bar! We went to visit my son at his college and took him to dinner. I had the French Dip and it was the best I’ve had in years. The live music was good. Our server was a goofball but overall a great spot.

I came here just for some drinks with my sister, first drink I got had a fly in it and I thank God that I seen it before I started to drink it, it was so big it felt intentional! I told the manager and he acted like it was a normal occurrence! I left immediately, the vibe for me was off when I initially came in but I wanted to give it a chance. If you are like me and you want to try this place, listen to your instincts!

The Place is hopping. Very busy. It is loud as it is a bar and grill type establishment. Food was great. Staff were all courteous. 1st time here. We will be back.
