Our server was great, but our cook was excellent. His name is Zach and he did a fantastic job. Cooked my pizza to perfection, and had a great attitude. Gave him a great tip. Would recommend coming here for food!!

The waverly other place is a great authentic place with its own atmosphere that is unmatched! I have been here on multiple occasions and every time the food has been great! The service is typically great sure sometimes the younger kiddos can make mistakes but overall it’s an amazing place to spend your time! I do suggest going in at night during the week that’s typically when the place has its best potential!

Would be good if you could give a negative # for service. Went in and wasn’t waited on so went up and asked if one of the 3 or 4 standing around the bar could wait on us. The old bartender behind the bar didn’t appreciate that and we could leave. Well ok! “she had been there since 9 am.” I hope her manager sees this and sends her home earlier in the day because obvriously she doesn’t want to work that many hours. Very bad example to the young servers. I’m sorry you had a long day but if your staff is all standing around and you’re open, you need to work. Clean the tables too. Seems this is a problem according to other reviews. Glad there are many more options in Waverly to eat at.

This place really renewed my faith in the Waverly OP.
We tried eating here several months ago and got ignored so we left.
We gave it another shot and now the staff was great. You’re greeted right away and feel like you’re not an inconvenience.
The restaurant is clean too.
The food is great, just like other OP’s.
Keep up the great work!

Great service and a delicious large tenderloin that made my day! The wife said her “Other Sandwich” was equally good. We’re sure glad we decided to stop in!

Ordered food last night for our family, op forgot our chef salad and gave us a side salad instead. we had to go back and pick it up, this is our “chef salad.” Meat looked old, eggs looked weird and cheese was just thrown on there.

In from out of town. Wanted to try a local flair. So glad we did. We ordered breadsticks and chef salads. The sticks were delicious! The salads were very generous. Overall A- the waiter was great. Def recommend.

We love this place, best chicken strips, parm garlic sticks, and pizza around. We went on New Years Eve around 5pm, place was already busy. Overheard the waitress say they were short staffed, had 3 wait staff and one bartender not show up. The staff did an excellent job for working that short, even the host was assisting the wait staff. This is our new go to place, food is always excellent and served hot. Staff are always friendly.
