Nice local bar, staff are friendly, service was fairly quick. The food was okay, the burger I had was very flavorful with Jalapeño bacon, peanut butter and raspberry sauces and pepper jack cheese, however, the burger was dry, extra well done. Now, that might be the normal there because they did not ask how I wanted it cook, but I definitely would rather it medium or medium-well at the most. But overall a jog experience, I would definitely stop again and maybe try their wings or wraps.

Was looking forward to trying this place due to the reviews, but we were let down. Went for breakfast, it was busy-ish. Ordered a regular breakfast and the eggs benedict. We both asked for crispy hashbrowns. When the bartender sat our plates down we knew right away it wasn’t going to be good. The hashbrowns were still white and translucent. Barely even warm, still cold and raw. They serve the benedict with ham steak that was at least 1/3” thick, not griddled or anything. The hollandaise was like butter water, and the eggs were fried not poached. The bloody Mary’s were ok, but it was not mixed well and almost impossible to mix them with the tiny straws they use. Cool vibe, decent enough servers. Won’t be returning. Your breakfast cook is terrible.

Really fun atmosphere, especially when they have live music! Service is good, but sometimes can be slow. I have heard amazing things about their wings, but the price doesn’t justify them for me. Many other great wing places. I recommend for the entertainment for sure though.

Never really seen it get real busy except one time when they had some party going on. The food there has always been absolutely awestruck worthy. From the taste of the burger buns to their weirdly cubical cheese curds I have never had anything taste remotely unsavory from this establishment. Just if it wasn’t so far from my hometown I would go weekly if I could. The bar and dining areas being slightly separate is really nice helps if you don’t want your child being able to be too close to the bar area if you’re like that, but also helps stuff stay quieter. Seating isn’t too crowded and is nice and comfy.
Apologies if my review is kinda everything everywhere. But in conclusion, it’s a very nice place with nice people and very delicious food. I could not recommend this place more. But often the name gets people a little confused but I think that adds fun.

Heard they where suppose to have a top fishfry . NOT EVEN CLOSE !!!!! First order was warm at best breading was more cracker like is best description fish was not flaky more mush told witness she did nothing . I always ask for refill when first plate comes . She didn’t do it picked up my plate and asked if i wanted more fish . I said I told you when she brought the first plate . A little over 15 min and refill finally arrived. It was hot but quality of fish was mushy . Asked for a adjustment to the bill was denied
!!!! Wouldn’t get a manager . Paid and left !!!! Ill never recommend this place . For fish or service .

Monday Meal Wheel gang here. This is a place we will visit again. Very attentive staff, fast service, delicious food. Cuban is outstanding. They substituted on a burger, no problem. Nothing to complain about here. Do yourself a favor and give The Other Place a try, you won’t regret it.

We ordered the cheese curd appetizer and two burgers with fries and sweet potato fries. The cheese curds lacked cheese and they were very oily. Both sweet potato and regular fries didn’t have any salt. And the sweet potato fries were over cooked. The burgers were very bland. They smelled like plain unseasoned ground beef and it wasn’t very appealing. We ate it all because we were very hungry. The service was pretty good, they met expectations.

This was an odd one for both my daughter and I. We started with the cheese curds and sauce. It all tasted good…but literally a few seconds later, the taste disappeared and tasted like nothing. Very odd. But we were excited to try our pepperoni pizza with “zesty” pizza sauce next.
It was cooked well, cheese smelled amazing, and it looked great! BUT, and I am not even joking, the taste disappeared almost immediately, for both of us again. I had to eat my pizza without the crust so I could at least taste the cheese and pepperoni. By the way, there was NO ZEST in the sauce. =( The server came back to see how things were and had to have noticed we were done eating but never asked if we needed a box or the tab. I never asked because I assumed she was coming back sometime. She did not. We waited 10 more minutes and then my daughter finally went up and asked for a box and paid the tab.
Long story short, the food is exactly like the service….Decent for a minute or two but then it literally disappears. Super ODD experience. We will NOT be back.

I waited over forty five minutes for eggs.Benedict. when it arrived, the muffins were cold and burnt around the edge. The ham was mildly warm and fatty. The hollandaise sauce had very little flavor. The hash browns were overly crunchy on top and cool on the bottom. No, one ever asked how my food was, i guess they knew the answer. Very sad since I had been led to believe that this was the place to go for a nice weekend breakfast.

This place is already something, but could be much more with their expansive layout & volleyball too. Seems to have an older afternoon crowd, but the college group would love this place with a bit of “college nights” events.
