Very small menu compared to other OPs I have been to. We picked it because we both like the variety and the food at the OP The Artichoke Spinach want very good. Barely touched it. My friend with me would eat it. My Pizza was okay. Cheesey but a little bit heavy on the garlic for me. I had the chicken Alfredo pizza. The waited was very nice and kept coming over to make sure we were okay. I appreciate that kind of service. Though when it’s around zero and you see girls wearing short shorts was a little much and a little confusing.

The staff did a wonderful job yesterday accommodating our large family group on a busy “football Saturday” and they gave us great service.
Please, please Do Not Ever change your gluten-free pizza crust. I have tried a lot of others and yours is really the only place I can get a truly crispy and delicious crust!

Went in with a few friends. Spent around $80. This is with tip. So 3 of us in total. Waitress was good, pizza other food was excellent. Great atmosphere…caught up in Iowa game. I got up to leave and realize I made a mistake and left my food. Went back in, was no more than 5 minutes later of course they had thrown away. And I do understand you’re making more room for next customer, but it was NOT a packed house. And I can deal with them throwing the food, but they did nothing about it. They kept saying waitress did her job too bad for you basically. I just paid $80 at your place and didn’t get to take home what I paid for because I guess I’m the only one that forgets food. These managers are horrible and have no clue what to do in these situations. He even told me he had no clue what to do, he acted like he had better things to do. Upper management and GM you need to do customer service training with these managers. I like going places that still give good service. It’s the little things, and frankly your managers SUCK and don’t know much about customer service. KITCHEN STAFF: amazing job I loved the food they threw away. Keep up the good work kitchen!! Loved it. I asked 2 different managers too neither one knew what to do, you comp the customer for inconvenience….I don’t agree that customer is always right but at least throw me an appetizer. What if I got up to go to bathroom?? You’re going to throw my food away and tell me sorry? That’s what both of your so called managers did. Smh. Great food terrible customer service.

We have eaten at all of the OP establishments over the past several years. I can honestly say the food we had at the Main Street location in CF was the WORST we’ve ever had! One of the sub sandwiches that was ordered in our group was burned to a crisp! The server was actually hesitant to take it back to the kitchen…really? They should’ve been ashamed to send it out to the table! They remade the sub sandwich & offered to take half off the price of it. Whooppee!

Waited an hour for my pizza tonight. I paid almost $18.00 for a medium 1 topping. The crust was burnt, chewy, and filled with air pockets. The cheese was over-done, and burnt in portions of the pizza. The cheese was thin and came completely off with the first and second bites. I only make reviews if the food is poor quality, and wait times are longer than told. This was pretty bad. I will not recommend, nor be a returning customer. Also parking is almost non-existent.

The manager, if you want to call Amy that was busy taking care of her friends and no one else. They even got free shots. How would you feel with an empty drink and that is going on right next to you. On top of it, the bartender during the day was terrible. She let him sink. The girl that came in for the evening was awesome. The food was lacking, more sub bread than ingredients. Tough chewy meat. Fire the management.

Baby I ordered takeout; chicken taco salad with taco sauce and the Parmesan bread . I’m sad to be disappointed. This taco salad ain’t tacoing….raw bell peppers on it, no cheese, no sour cream, nothing. Grit in my teeth as in chewing these huge pieces of iceberg lettuce. Food is great but getting service can be a challenge. Like you are bothering the staff. Once sat for 15 min after being given a menu, trying to get the attention of my server. He finally asked, oh did you want to order something? I mean I asked for the menu, YES!
