First time trying and it was absolutely delicious I was shocked when I got my hoagie with how big it was ! It did not disappoint! The sauce on the pizza’s were excellent! The owners wife was just so sweet they forgot our sprite but it happens and everything was all good! She was very apologetic and gave us a credit on our next order for our 2 liter. Definitely will be ordering again! Great pizza place! Top favorite

I read some good reviews about this place, so I stopped in for carry-out for lunch on a Monday. The folks working there were GREAT! Really friendly and they explained how they make much of their food. I was tempted by their chicken tenders, so I asked if they used frozen chicken tenders and they not only said “no” and explained how they made them, they just happened to be making a batch of fresh tenders and showed me the fresh chicken breasts they use to make them. I ordered their Nashville Hot tenders and they were AMAZING! The breading was very light and flavorful and the dry Nashville Hot seasoning was spicy… very tasty!!
I also got their Deluxe Italian sub, half size and it was excellent! Very fresh ingredients and the sub came together great… Very Nice!!
This place is carry-out only, but they do deliver and they do prepare food rather quickly. Highly recommend! I’ll definitely return!!

My son and I hit up The Other Place before heading downtown for the Pitt game. It is a take out spot, so we ordered two medium pizzas, homemade breadsticks, and the stallion – a hoagie on a loaf of Mancini’s bread – to go. We stopped by Carnegie Park to feast at a picnic table. The pizzas were good. Nice amount of cheese, cup pepperoni, tasty crust (traditional). Breadsticks were equally tasty. The stallion was definitely a top shelf Italian sandwich, though that was indeed a loaf of bread. Could only eat half. I must note, only after we ordered did I remember I wanted to try their muffuletta. So, I will have to come back.

This place is awesome. It’s not just another chain pizza joint. Their pasta, gyros, hoagies, and wings are amazing. You can’t beat a good locally owned pizza shop with a great menu.

Very limp not crispy at all! I ate one piece it was so soft and limp! So very disappointing. Also ordered fried mushrooms they were just ok . More breading than a mushroom inside.

We used to order here all the time, so I was super excited to order tonight. What a letdown! The quality was not even at the same level as a middle school food science class. Portions were huge, price was good, but I still walked away full of regret. I should have just made food at home.
