Literally my last time. This place is nothing in the proximity of what is use to be. I was craving wonder dogs so bad, I left work to go get some. Not only were the “wonder dogs” but I had to dig to find a hot dog. The employees just turn around and stare as you walk in. One was on speaker with their cell phones talking and the other playing music on hers. They yelled to the back, “customer,” for someone to come out front. Today’s special was a double cheeseburger, chips and drink for $7. Without ever noticing, 2 wonder dogs and chips were on there too; I ordered too. The guy that took my order, never said a word about the “wonder dog” special. The atmosphere is just ugh and so unprofessional. By the time I returned home, I was completely grossed out by the sight of my food. Be safe folks!

These are some amazing people, making some very delicious food! I came in today with a huge order (for about 12 to 15 people) and was not only greeted with kindness but taken care of with the utmost quickness. They got this huge order correct down to the amount of ketchup packets I asked for! I was VERY impressed! I usually order for the company at least once a week and we always have to call and let them know they forgot something or something was way wrong so it was a breath of fresh air when I didn’t have to do that today! Thank you Wonderful Dog for making the best food ever and having such an amazing staff! We will definitely be back soon!! ❤️ ❤️

The people working there are friendly, but service delivery could have been more organized (25-minute wait for some hot dogs and hamburgers), and the hotdogs didn’t taste or look good. I had much higher expectations from what I’d heard about this place. Hard pass for me on this one. I won’t be going back.

Last time I was here my fries were raw so I went back, the staff tried to make it right by giving me a new wonderfog. This was fine but when I got home my fries were still raw. Tonight I overheard staff talking bad about customers. Won’t return.

Not good won’t go back got sick worse food I ever had cold hot dog looked green in side sicking sauce.not the same old food. To high prices on everything. Not the wonder dog I grew up with sicking.

We sure miss the Wonder Dog in East Peoria but we were in Peoria for a doctor Appt so we stopped in and the service was great the dogs were superb. So until the East Peoria Wonder Dog opens whenever we are in Peoria we make it a point to stop in. Keep up the good work.

I dont know…I mean it was $12.50 for two Wonder Dogs and two Tamales. The Hot Dogs were the smallest dogs I have ever seen. Barely 5.0″ long. I thought they were child size at first. Anyhow, the dogs were okay. The Tamales aren’t as good as the orginal. I guess this is common now, pay more for less.

Before your move to the Knoxville Ave location, it was a 30 minute drive and well worth it. We were very disappointed as our wonder dogs were luke warm and the buns were hard on one end. It was as if they had been pre-made and sitting for some time. Our food was to go and we ate our dogs in the car in the parking lot. Our onion rings were great (hot and crispy). We will be back. Hopefully this was just a fluke encounter.
