This place is absolutely fantastic. Me and some coworkers came in for the $10 lunch special, we were immediately greeted with enthusiasm. None of us had been there before so we had a few questions but they were happy to help us out.
I ordered a cheesesteak, with onions and the chipotle mayo, since that’s my go-to order at Jersey Mikes. This sandwich blew that Jersey Mikes sandwich out of the water. The bread was pillowy soft, the cheese was perfectly melted, the onions were perfectly cooked, amazing chipotle mayo with fantastic flavor and all piled on top of grade A quality meat. The small sandwich was perfect for lunch, and came with a generous portion of amazing fries. Support a local business, thanks Cody!

Me and my Partner went on a Wednesday about 5pm I got the original she got the hoagie. Maurice was the only one there. He greeted us soon as we walked in the door. First time here I had good customer service. He was patient and very helpful. He cooked my food to perfection. Fries were great just a little too much seasoning , but everything was hot in fresh I will definitely be going back.

After ordering, and the cheesesteaks arriving, then eating them, i looked at the reviews. All the good reviews show pictures of sandwiches with more than 2x the amount of meat (which is what i was expecting while using my eyes to look at the pictures). I ordered a large on purpose to get more than what it shows in the picture that shows a regular, got alot less. If your store has good review based on your good employees that know what there doing vs bad reviews vs other employees, thats an issue. Have some sort of consistency. Maybe its better in the store so you can tell them they only put half the meat in when you order a large? I have no idea but don’t order from them online as its super underwhelming.

Three of us ordered carry out from there. We all completed separate orders, so the person that packed my meal, had no idea I was with the other two people. When I went to open my bag I found that I had the wrong meal inside and my friend also had the wrong sandwich. I called them to complain, not knowing that my friend had my sandwich at that time, and they said there’s nothing they can do about it and they packed it themselves and they know it was right. So, we ended up switching sandwiches, after my friend ate half of mine. The point is the restaurant had no idea that the three meals were all going to be picked up by the same people going to the same house. The sandwiches were very bland, completely lacked any seasoning. They also put the wrong stuff on my sandwich. I do not recommend this place at all! Try somewhere else for a good Philly cheesesteak

This was my first time here, what a great place! The owner, whose name I can’t remember, was warm and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. He provided great recommendations and when the food came out, it did not disappoint. The Original Philly and HOT Tots did not disappoint. If you are in the neighborhood, check them out! I’m a little torn on this place, having lived in Philly for a while. Let me start with this, the onion rings and tots were some of the best around. The Cheesesteak itself was solid, but I’m not a fan of the finely chopped beef. Flavor wise, it was pretty salty, and because of it being chopped so fine, it was falling out of the sandwich all over the place. I definitely prefer a less choppedmeat experience, it just stays together better when you eat. If you haven’t been to Philly for a Cheesesteak, you will likely love this. If you have been to Philly for a cheesesteak, then you will definitely enjoy the onion rings and tots.
