Won a raffle at my gym for the dinner special for 2 nearly a year ago. That should tell you I dont eat unnecessary carbs and protein that is saturated in high fat sauce. I ordered smart and got the chicken marsala, salad, and penne with oil and vinegar, and Italian bread. Wow. Consuming all this yielded zero digestive issues. Great quality. I would definitely order this combo again. I have leftovers for a week. The gift card pays for the dinner, but the remainder is the tax which is not covered. This surprised me, but i didnt take it to heart. The parking is atrocious, but they cant do anything about that. So narrow.

Pino’s is the best caterer for our parties that we ever had. They always arrive on time with the freshest food, and professional service. We had our wedding catered by them as well as baby showers etc. The quality is the main selling point everyone always comes back to the buffet for 2nds 3rds and 4ths. Keep up the good work!

I have recently discovered Salpino’s. I was looking to buy the Ciro brand Cantucci Cranberry Biscotti. I see so many other things I would like but I don’t live close to a store. The Prosciutto Bread looks fabulous. It has been a long time since I have even thought of it. But buying 4 loafs for just me would be silly. NYC freezers are not meant to stock pile food. Anyway I posted a couple of pictures of what I ordered and had Mailed to me. Cookies of course both the Cranberry and Pistachio Yum. and I wanted to try there Pasta’s so I ordered the Rigatoni, can not wait to cook that. PS, a nice delivery Truck also.

Great food. The price point is great, the options are a large variety, and the chicken, sun-dried tomato and broccoli dish was out of this world. It heated up second day like it was fresh. I will do this again at least once weekly.

This place is the greatest! I found the Calabrian Caccio cavalo cheese here which is no small feat and also a new gasket for my little stove top espresso pot! I love Salpino!

Anthony and Paul run a great store together. food is outrageous, deli always has great recommendations/ sandwiches. Never had a bad meal at this place. I come here everyday, you have a customer for life!

I can not Thank Salpino’s of Wantagh enough for their help sending an order for a Funeral. I was out of state in Florida and unable to attend. Anna did an unbelievable job assisting me with an order to be sent to the family. She went out of her way making the entire process simple. I am truly grateful for all their efforts. Everything was excellent! The sandwiches were all individually wrapped in paper. The family raved about the freshness and quality. The salads were all amazing. The pastries were beautiful and huge. The delivery was perfect, and the presentation was beyond my expectations. The family was extremely touched and impressed. I highly recommend them. It is wonderful to see a business and employees take pride in caring for their customers treating them like family.

I wish there was an option for 10 stars! I threw a party yesterday for my daughter‘s first birthday and I used Salpino’s to cater and people are still messaging me to rave about the food. The food was absolutely delicious. However, I really need to write this review about the excellent service from start to finish that I received. Giovanni was excellent and never tried to sell me more than I needed. Every time I called the store to either make a change or ask a question every employee was so kind and took the time to get the correct answer for me. The food was delivered early and the driver was exceptional. He was friendly set everything up with ease and speed. I almost want to throw another party so I can use them again and I definitely will in the future. Thank you again Salpino’s for making the party worry free for me and delicious.

I ordered a Turkey BLT from the deli and the bacon they put on the sandwich was not cooked!! Very out of character for them, I usually am a huge fan of their quality food, but this was just gross. For a $15 sandwich, the bacon should at least be cooked.
