Been going here for years – the original Rachel’s – this location has a preset menu unlike the other Rachel’s locations – which you have to build your own – the food is great but very pricey we paid $34.20 for a sub and a wrap. The workers are very nice and attentive. The location is clean and open. Overall a great experience when we order.

I love their rice bowls. This was my frst time being disappointed with the food and service. Stop by last Wednesday. my order was wrong, I am allergic to peppers and the top was covered in them.
I was told they have a new cook, but I was the 1st one there before the lunch crowd. Waited another 10 mins, and that order was wrong too. (should have checked before I pulled off) still peppers and other items I didn’t order. I called when I got home, the manager was suppose to call me back.
Never received a callback. Very disappointing.

The rice bowl I ordered was good. I really enjoy how fresh the ingredients used were. Another plus for me is that the staff is very friendly. You can dine in, but I feel this place is best for takeout. Unlike the other locations, this place is very dated

Always the best! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the tenderloin steak kabobs dinner. Rachel ( the real one) and her mom (had the pleasure of meeting her my last stop for takeout) are beyond kind. Food is always on point and is my hubby’s top request everytime I find myself anywhere nearby and can bring home. Real deal Lebanese delights. We are sooo hooked on the Kabob dinners and they always cook them exactly as ordered. Also so hard to find an amazing dill sauce/dip. Have been coming here for pretty much the last 2 decades (give or take a couple years) and they are still at the top of our list. Wish we lived closer because we would be ordering weekly.

I absolutely adore the Original Rachel’s on Main across from Williamsville South. I love the family like my own; moreso.
Everything is outstanding but I’m a fiend for the Baklava. Seeing the sisters is always a treat! I can’t recommend this Rachel’s, the best of all possible Rachel’s, enough! ❤️

If you go to other locations (like me) you will be disappointed when you come to this location.
The service was friendly, but they only have one type of rice. (The food selection was limited.) The container they store the food in at this location is also smaller and different. And you also can’t collect points for you food. (I order Rachel’s 3-4 times per month, so earning the rewards is important to me.)
All in all, I wont come back to this location! I would rather go to my usual location (Niagara Falls Blvd or Delaware)
