The red salsa and green is absolutely delicious!!! Friendly girls/women working there…delicioso hardshell crispy fried real BEEF taco’s with guacamole and I love the Taquitos, the beef one… thats my favorite, you can also get them with chicken or potato, many things to choose from, all very delicious, if I could give a shout out to Rosie…a sweet Girl and a BiG hello to Joe!! YOU ALL ARE FANTASTIC THERE AT PEPE’S IN SAN GABRIEL!!!

The Bacon Breakfast Burrito was . It comes with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cheese, beans and a hot sauce they pour in. I got mine without beans and the sauce. The size was worth the price. Clean patio area to eat on. Able to place a phone order and have it ready for pickup. The guy who took my order was friendly. I will be back when I’m in the area. Also the Green Salsa was definitely on point!

2005, 2006 since I’ve been here. Carnitas nachos wasn’t that great like back then, what happened to a meaty everything from this place
I got more sauce and beans than actual carnitas. Flavor also not like before, carnitas seems like only boiled with no ingredients. Hope the wet carnitas burrito tastes better. Does look like worth the extra $3 bucks for all meat burrito
After 20 mins chowing down I have to say all them people coming in this place is still rocking in popularity

This place has one of the best Bean & Cheese Burritos in the area. It’s perfectly balanced and comforting plus it pairs well nicely with their hot sauce. I heard their Breakfast Burritos are tasty as well. The staff is polite with a fast drive-thru and a clean dining room. Free parking in lot.

Was very surprised on the quality of food and customer service , the staff there is so professional and cordial , never heard so much acknowledgment and respect in a restaurant. That’s what I noticed while eating there , the food was delicious. Can’t wait to try out other menu items definitely my lunch spot whenever I travel to the Pasadena side .

I have visited four Pepe’s locations. The one in temple city (on Rosemead) served me a green chile burrito using canned beans, not the ones I love at the original in Alhambra. The chile verde was also nothing like the original. Never going back.

Good solid staplehead Mexican food was very happy with tostada, wet burrito tacos, Enchiladas. They offer both dine in and drive thru options. Salsa ok but pretty flavorful food so not a deal breaker.
