Awesome food, great service. The coffee mugs are perfect, the shape helps keep the coffee nice and hot. I tried the Dutch baby, you don’t see those everywhere. It was served with lemon and powered sugar. The thick bacon was amazing. There’s a reason this place has been around so long.

Visited for brunch on Saturday, had a 45 minute wait which I figure is probably normal. Our waitress was great, friendly and socialble. Very menu to selections. Food was good the Apple Pancake had the consistency and even some flavor of a quiche, it was eggs, but not bad, it was served piping hot and came out before all other food. Which meant our eggs were warm but not hot. Everything else was very good, the bacon lovers meal and the chocolate chip pancakes with strawberries were great. Overall, it was a lot of food and very good, we wil visit again in the future!

First time at the OG pancake house and I was not disappointed! I got the bacon lovers meal which came with three pancakes, bacon, country hash browns, and eggs. I was able to get egg whites instead of scrambled eggs and paired the meal with a refreshing apple juice. The pancakes were fabulous! At first I thought the syrup added the sweet flavors but no, the waffles themselves were sweet and had a unique taste to them! It’s hard to describe, but they must make the pancakes some special way because they were amazing. Will have to come back sometime for sure.

Y’all! This is THE BEST place to grab breakfast. This was our first time visiting and we were immediately taken away with how many regulars arrived and the staff knew them by name.
We were seated as quickly as possible and our waitress was AMAZING!
Our orders were taken, she was so patient and EVERYTHING was delicious! The banana nut pancakes were mouth watering, the chorizo omelette was full of flavor- everything everyone ordered was perfect! We want to visit again and try more delicious items

This place is one of my favorite spots in Columbia! I’ve been coming here for years and the food is amazing. Everything I’ve tried so far has been fantastic. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere has a very homey and family-friendly vibe. The food is well priced as well. If you’re looking for a place for breakfast or brunch, I highly recommend this spot!

My daughter had never been and I had not eaten there in a long while so we went one morning. I am an omelet person and my past experience with their omelets had not been good. They make their omelets fluffy and I like mine flat. This time I Inquired and our server was very knowledgeable about the menu. She said I could get a flat omelets if I wanted and that is what I did. I ordered an omelet with spinach and bacon, it came with pancakes and Hav ordered waffle with turkey sausage links. The pancakes were soft and very good! My omelet was perfect and the morning potatoes were good also. I forgot Havalyn also ordered a side of grits and no complaints there. I would eat in again and probably return soon! The atmosphere was good, the server was good and the food was good! I saw alot of smiling faces and that says alot to me. NOTE: This restaurant is in a busy shopping center so parking, depending on day/time you go, could be challenge. Plan accordingly!

My apple pancake was Wonderful. my experience not a fan of powder egg or egg substitute would have preferred to be offered to pay more for real eggs . From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and warm—perfect for a relaxing meal. The service was superb; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. I ordered an omelette that was cooked to perfection, but the highlight of my meal was the apple cinnamon pancakes topped with whipped cream—absolutely delicious! Every bite felt like comfort on a plate. I also enjoyed a refreshing cranberry mixed with Sprite drink that paired perfectly with my meal. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!
