First let me say the customer service was good and that’s it………My omelette was horrible ,undercooked with big chunks of cheese in it. If you want good breakfast I suggest you go to the one in Hyde park. NEVER AGAIN……The manager was fully aware this was Thursday morning,the manager response was nonchalant and said that’s how are food is cooked so I said okay I won’t be back here.i have pics if you would like to see

Despite the service and atmosphere being a solid 4, the food was definitely a strong negative! Oh, it was terrible, especially for the price point! The vegetarian omelette was overcooked and dry. The grits were dry and unseasoned. Assuming it was the last scoop, because the cup wasn’t even half full and they charged me $4. The hashbrowns were unseasoned and the buttermilk pancakes were underwhelming. Everything was just bad!! Unsure if this was a busy day for them or if this is something that is typical, but it was definitely a first and last for me! I would not recommend it!

Breakfast with my visually impaired mother and let’s just say it’s not a place for anyone with a disability. Waiter was beyond rude as if we had came in yelling how we wanted this or that. No greeting or anything not even receiving all our items with our order correctly. Asked for cups with lids so my mom wouldn’t waste her drinks yet instead we received drinks filled to the rim. Only accommodation was that we didn’t have to wait long to be seated. The other waitress for a different table was so nice and helpful we decided to give her his tip instead. Name started with a D and had dreads. Worst waiter ever.

The omelette was overcooked burnt, and the cheddar cheese appeared to be made of plastic. Also, the meat lovers skillet was very cold, and the orange juice was not good as well. The waffles appear to be undercooked or the batter had too much eggs in it and that was not good as well. The original pancake House on WESTERN has truly lost his touch and was a staple of the community and now it’s just like a hotel breakfast where they give to you for free. The food was nasty and I would not recommend this place anymore.

I was really disappointed with my breakfast. The skillet was undercooked, and even the hot peppers weren’t cooked through. The butter had crumbs in it, which was off-putting, and the syrup was extremely watery. I also asked for guacamole but was given a side of plain avocado instead. Overall, not a good experience and I won’t be returning.

The food was fresh and delicious. I enjoyed the Cappuccino, almost as good as in Europe! The place was just the right size, they had booths and tables. There was a free parking lot. The restroom was clean. The waite staff was courteous. No complaints, plan to dine there again!

I like this place. Always clean. Service is usually good. They might run out of something but definitely a place with returning. As you can see I like my grits and my Omelet on the same plate mixed together. Yum!
