Excellent breakfast place. Food is delicious, atmosphere is kind of quiet and like home. No rushing around of staff asking you to hurry. Plenty of room and seating. Food was delicious, correct, and felt very temp hot for those hot items.
My coffee cup, as well as water, was never empty.
I’ll be back again for sure. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. I tipped them well above the recommended amount.

I am a Truck Driver so I did not have the luxury of eating at this particular location. I ordered on Uber Eats and spent $27.73 on the French Toast, Bacon and Eggs. It took about 10 minutes to receive my order. As pictured is how it came, it as warm but by visual presentation it was not worth eating, especially the bacon and French toast. I gave the food away to a stranger and ended up ordering from Country Kitchen.

It has really warm and comforting things to enjoy inside The Original Pancake House in Redondo Beach where I visited with someone. The place feels really lively and welcoming there in a way that teenagers would enjoy a lot. The pancakes and other foods that I ordered, like the fluffy stacks that looked almost cartoonish, didn’t cost anything extra beyond the menu price at all. By my surprise, the food looked completely picture‑perfect and fun even though it was just breakfast, which makes it perfect for teenagers who love taking photos of their meals. It is a new restaurant to me but I didn’t realize how much there was to enjoy there until I sat down inside. I really appreciated how easy it was to have fun eating there without feeling rushed. I never doubted that the experience was going to turn out the way I hoped it would. I only visited The Original Pancake House in Redondo Beach one time in my life before I made this review. It was one of the most enjoyable and comforting breakfast places I’ve been to in a long time, and I would highly recommend that even teenagers go there because it gives them a place to enjoy good food, take pictures, and feel relaxed. I saw a lot of other teenagers there during my visit, and it made the whole place feel even more teen‑friendly and inviting.

I was so disappointed. The food looked great, but there was so much salt in the potato pancakes and the corned beef hash. Also, I ordered the bacon pancakes, which were supposed to have bacon inside the pancakes. All they did was put bacon on top of them.

Great old fashioned honest place with good fresh food and enthusiastic staff. Standard menu , as expected, but made fresh and to order. Strawberries were, for instance, as good as you can get them at the farmers market. The size of the pancakes is usually bigger than one can handle, and consequently, you’re bringing some for an afternoon snack, and no, I’m not complaining at all.
Service is extremely fast, courteous, and truly friendly. No specific recommendations as everything looks yummy indeed. Njoy if you’re in the neighborhood.

My brother and I really love eating at The Original Pancake House. This time we shared a dutch baby. I’m glad they make them smaller than before because they’re easier to finish when shared.

A little pricey for a breakfast place but man, the portions are awesome (see photos). Servers are super friendly, you just have to make sure to get here early! We had no wait on a Friday morning around 830 during the summer, by the time we left around 10 there was a wait out the door. Everything we had was delicious.
