We were really looking forward to some good BBQ and decided to give this place one more try since it’s close and last visit was sub-par. We spent about $60 total for sliced brisket, a few burnt ends, three wings, a half rack of ribs, BBQ sauce, beans, cornbread, and an apple bake. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The brisket was tough, very dry, pale, and seemed like it had been sitting for a while, possibly under a heat lamp. The ribs were also overcooked and tough as we weren’t even able to chew most of the ribs, and the wings were quite dry.
Portions were smaller than expected — for about $30, one of the meals included just three wings, around five burnt ends, and some brisket. The brisket beans also didn’t have the best texture or flavor, which made the meal very disappointing overall

Met Aaron the owner who was very nice. We got everything to try & we absolutely loved it all! The dry rub and sauces are on point! The food is meaty, juicy, & reminds us of Michelin star quality! The coleslaw is the best I have ever had. The Mac and cheese is creamy & delicious. I cannot brag enough about this place. It gets a 10+!

I just wanna say that I’m impressed with the brisket. The turkey taste very nice and the wings are awesome but I prefer the burnt and brisket if I would recommend anyone to get I’m a Truck Drver is as a good remote place for a Truck Drver to come down and you can park and get something to eat. I wish I could take a picture and show you guys but it’s it’s pretty good.

Dined in today with my husband and toddler. First off, the owner was incredibly friendly and professional. When you first walk in, it looks like a vacant building that was once a takeout spot, but the owner immediately came out to greet us. Once we told him we were dining in, he escorted us to the back of the restaurant.
The back area has a fire station hall kind of vibe…nothing fancy, but comfortable enough to sit, eat, and watch the game. I ordered smoked wings with their homemade signature sauce mixed with garlic parm and added some of their dry rub. They were amazing! The mac and cheese was delicious too, especially when mixed with that signature sauce.
My husband ordered smoked wings with just garlic parm and said they were fantastic. My toddler got the kid fritters with mac and cheese, and I’ve never seen him clean his plate so fast.
The only thing I didn’t love was the cornbread. It was edible but was dry and lacked flavor. I think a little vanilla and honey could make a big difference.
Overall, it’s a nice little spot for some good BBQ, and I definitely plan to bring my family back soon.

Came for the AYCE wings, amazingly good. We tried the Garlic parmesan, Sweet heat, and Hot flavors. Fries were fresh cut and we put the Official BBQ spice on them really good.Also tried the ribs, they are phenomenonal. Must try… You won’t regret it, it will be your new eating spot.

The food is consistently delicious and they never disappoint! I had made an order on door dash they were not able to fulfill. I spoke to Aaron, and he was so accommodating. I’ve had their chicken breast, fries, and smoked wings. They’re truly second to none!

This is an excellent place to pick up some Bbq! We were in town for the Truck Show (Carlisle Truck Nationals) and we always seek out establishments with excellent reviews. We ordered Smoked Brisket Burnt Ends (so good!), Pulled Pork, Mac n cheese, smoked bacon baked beans, garlic green beans and some seasoned fries. Everything was Delicious. The owner and staff were so friendly. He even gave us a free breakfast sandwich. So make sure you stop by to pick up breakfast also. Thanks for the great food. We’ll see you next time we’re in town!

Tasty stuff. Had the brisket sandwich, tender and great subtly smoked flavor. And then, the beans…they almost stole the show. Aaron is pretty cool, friendly and takes an obvious pride in his craft and his business. Recommend this one highly.
