Waited two hours a pizza and mozzarella sticks. Called the store three times, and didn’t get anywhere, nor any offers on refund or coupons on the next visit like I expected. And after waiting so long the meal, of course, arrived cold. The food was be amazing if it was actually hot. The mozzarella sticks are going right in the trash.

I normally like this place, the Grilled chicken Caesar Salad and the rectangle pizza are very good. Ordered a Turkey and cheese wrap today and it sucked. Definitely not what I ordered it says it comes with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. I even asked for extra mayo, and got a couple of pieces of turkey and like one piece of cheese, nothing else, looked like they just threw it together. Called told me I had to specify what I want on it. But it already said it came with the fixings. I asked for extra mayo and didn’t get that. Didn’t offer any solution . Ppl are spending money, we should get what we ordered or at least compensated.

I wouldn’t even rate them with one star. I’d give zero stars if I could. Employees are nasty and unprofessional. The owner of the pizzeria is even worse then the employees are. I ordered pizza, boneless wings, and cordon blu poppers. When my order arrived my pizza was all over the place, my wings were over cooked and the wrong flavor, and my coffee blu poopers were burnt. I called and asked them to replace my food. An older woman got on the phone told me the owner (her son) and the driver weren’t there and that she’s have to call her son to see if they will replace it. ( I’m sorry but I’m my opinion that’s not how you run a business. You messed my order up and then you may not replace it.) she then hangs up. I wait fifteen minutes, still no call back. so I call back to see what’s going on. still they have no idea what to do! (Meanwhile this whole time she’s nasty and yelling at me telling me it’s my fault the pizza is all messed up.) so I tell them forget it, take the food back and give me a refund. I can’t wait for you guys to figure all this out.(it’s a simple fix, replace my messed up food correctly) I already waited for my food for an hour, and then another fifteen minutes!!!! I have three hungry kids at home, I couldn’t possibly wait another hour if not longer for my food to be replaced!!!! So then I’m told that we’ll she doesn’t know when she’ll be able to send the driver back to give me a refund. So I told her I’ll bring it to her. ( since at this point I have to go out and get McDonald’s anyways cause the kids couldn’t possibly wait any longer) So now I’m at the pizza place, (which by the way, so glad I returned the food because the pizza place is literally disgusting inside) they are all being rude and nasty, and refusing to refund my food and coming up with every excuse as to why they aren’t going to replace it.! So at this point I’m angry. (I spent $50! It’s not like it was $10!!) So yes I’m have an attitude!! ( I’m pretty sure anyone who had to deal with that would have an attitude!) They finally refunded my money, but refused to refund the $5 I tipped the driver. (And know this I would of never asked for the $5 if it wasn’t the drivers fault as to why the pizza was messed up)! They started yelling at me,kicking me out of the place! On top of kicking me out and not giving me the tip money back, the older woman was like chasing us out yelling at me telling me that there is seriously something wrong with me. That there is something off in my head! She also told me that I’m literally the nastiest kind of human in the world! You are running a business you don’t talk to people like that! Meanwhile, I had my six year old daughter and my 10 month old son with me! Now my daughter had to witness this nasty woman verbally attack me! Once I got home I had to sit down and explain to my child that sometimes there’s just not so nice people in the world! So thank you luigi’s for nothing expect teaching my daughter a valuable lesson!!! So to end this, if you want really good pizza and great service!! Order from Esposito’s instead! Trust me it’s so worth it!

When we moved to the area a year ago, Luigis was the only restaurant we remembered passing while unpacking boxes, and I must say I am soo glad we did! The pizza is great as well as the sandwiches. My husband and I love the Penne ala Vodka sub sandwich! It is so good you dont want to stop eating it til you burst! Make sure you order their fries as well, for some reason you dont think fries at a pizza place, but theirs are awesome! Service is friendly and the inside is pleasant.

Service was polite and prompt. Dining room quaint. Pizza was over cooked and burnt on the bottom. I asked if that’s how they normally cooked it and they said yes. That may be a question of taste but they didn’t seem interested whether it was to our taste.

Worst experience ever! If I could give 0 stars I would. Situation as follows, placed an online order for BUFFALO wings (mild) along with other items. Upon arrival the wings are smothered in bbq sauce. When I call to report the issue I get a Lindsey on the phone who tells me “well our mild wings are with bbq sauce it just doesn’t say it online”. When I advised that I ordered buffalo and got bbq and was dissatisfied I was told “well you placed the order online there’s nothing I can do to help you” when I asked for a manager I was told there no manager on duty and I could leave my name and number for a call back. This establishment has no idea what customer service is all about and while trying to stay up to date with technology they are clearly a step behind the rest…. my advice is to spend your money elsewhere

Whenever I order from there my order is always wrong. I called as an upset customer and someone who identifies themselef as George, argued with me rather then rectifing the situation and correcting the error. They just lost a loyal, local, customer.

What a horrible place to deal with, Beware of Glen he is a piece garbage and does not know how to treat his customers. I was charged twice for my food and he refuses to refund my money to me, he keeps telling me that he processed the refund but it has been weeks and I still haven’t gotten my money back. I have had over 6 conversations with him and he is a LIAR.
