NOT WORTH THE PRICE…for starters I had a craving for some shrimp pasta so I came across this place and from what I saw in the photo the pasta I ordered looked very delicious and not only did I have to wait way over an hour for it to get here the people I talked to about information for my order gave me the run around acting like they didn’t know anything only telling me id receive a text once it’s on the way to which by the way I never got a text about it but finally after what felt like yeasts years of waiting it finally came and my excitement completely instantly turned into full blown disappointment.. the pasta was nothing like the picture online it was described as to having large shrimp whole pieces of broccoli smaller looking noodles with mushroom and a few other things and I wanna see how to post a photo of it cuz y’all would trip out … it not only had very small baby shrimp but there’s no broccoli and bigger thicker noodles and had no taste what so ever was not worth 22$ … never ordering from here again

I ordered the Italian sandwich and it comes with chips. I’ve got to say the portion size is pretty good. However, the only enlightening thing about this meal was the plain salted potato chips.
The sandwich was about a foot long that you would get from subway. The bread- incredibly toasted and hard. I’m saying that I couldn’t even take a bite out of it without feeling like teeth were about to fall out.
Now let’s talk about inside the sandwich. There was one layer of ham, one layer of pepperoni, and on layer of salami (I think). When I say layer, I mean like the single thing piece of meat. There was also barely any black olives, barely any onions, and barely any sauce. The tomatoes were all in the center of the sandwich… which was odd. I don’t know if this place just doesn’t have the budget or something, but for almost $15 total, you’d think you get at least a hearty sandwich.
Definitely wouldn’t eat here again. You’d get better portions and price at Dominos. (or if you made it at home)

This is the absolute worst. Always understaffed, so it’s not their fault they are doing their best. Online orders go through and they hold on to your money once you work to cancel the order due to their hours being incorrect. Please update your operating hours, it would be greatly appreciated.

Stay away at all cost. I ordered online to have it delivered and it never showed up. I tried calling the restaurant to find out if everything was ok and they just all out refused to answer the phone. Worst business I have had the displeasure of dealing with. Do not waste a penny here.

The pizza is very good & was still warm after DoorDashing. I like a bit more onion (& chicken) on my BBQ chicken pizza, but still nice overall flavor. Husband really liked the all meat pizza and thought it had the perfect amount of cheese and meat. Crust was nice and dense without being sweet.

I deliver for Door Dash and have picked up for from Italian Pie other locations. It always smelled great and they were always busy so I figured it must be good and I should try it. Well it didn’t disappoint! The crust is great and the ingredients tasted very fresh. Definitely up a notch from anything the pizza chains like Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or Papa John’s are doing! I also had some Mango Habanero wings and they were tasty but nothing out of this world.

Food was great but took quite a long time to prepare. We walked in during the first quarter of the Saints game and the food didn’t come to our table until 2:04 left in the second quarter right before halftime. Slow service and wasn’t even busy. Customers walked in after us and received their food 10 min. before us. Not all Italian Pies are like this.

I wish I could enjoy Italian Pie more, but I shouldnt do pasta or pizza for health reasons. I can do in readed wings and salad. So I had these 2 options available at Italian pie and took them up. The wings were big and the blue cheese made them even better. The habanero could have been hotter. But all was good and will go back to picture the food

Customer service is completey awful . They blame me for not delivering correctly. And they refuse to replace or refund. Do not order from here. Team member said manager would contact me on Monday. It’s now Wednesday. Nothing.

On Thursday, I placed a takeout order for The ‘combination’ pizza ($17). I got there in 20min and the pizza was handed to me ‘lukewarm’ and not done right. It almost seemed like they gave me a leftover old pizza. I wouldn’t advice anyone to patronize this ‘Italian Pie’ location in harahan.
