First time here. I ordered a cheese enchilada and chicken soft taco. The chicken was cooked well and flavorful. Unfortunately, the enchilada had way too much cheese and sauce which threw off the balance with the tortilla. My friend had a burrito and that looked and tasted okay.

I ordered in the drive thru 2 smothered steak egg potato and cheese burritos. The gal repeated the order back wrong so I repeated my order 2 more times. She repeated back the correct order and I proceeded to the drive thru. When I got there she charged me a whooping 24.20 for 2 burritos. She went to hand me 2 burritos with chili inside. I told her I said smothered. She took back the burritos, they threw green chili on top of the same burritos and charged me another 2.18 because we were now getting double chili. We only wanted chili on top. Got home to eat and the food tastes horrible, they didn’t add egg, I now have dirahhea, and it was more chili than actual food. My husband called and complained and they hung up on him. They manager threatened to call the police on him if he came in person to complain. The girl who messed up my order accused me of ordering wrong when I repeated my order multiple times. Chili shack is across the street. Wayyyy better everything from customer service, quality, quantity and price. I’m disappointed we spent 27 bucks and threw away half our food.

I stopped by chubbys today 104th and federal i went through the drive thru and ordered a burrito. I was taken back on how nice, polite and friendly the young man at the window was. Then it hit me I had encountered him before and he was previously pleasant as well. In times of bad character and attitude its so refreshing to be treated well. My receipt says kyle was my server and I hope you will recognize him for his excellent attitude and efficient service!!!

Went in for simple smothered burritos. Server Kayleen S. messed up the order. Said she’d remake and instead smothered the old burritos. When called out she lied and said my wife ordered wrong and charged us more for correcting her mistake. Even had the audacity to hang up on me. When spoke to store manager Lorene was just as nasty and refused to make things right. Then threatened police if I came in to complain. Do yourself a favor and go to Chili Shack. Better quality food. Better customer service. Better prices.

I haven’t eaten at Chubby’s for a while but I was craving it today. I was pleasantly surprised when I found out about this location because I didn’t even know it existed, and it is close to me. The reviews for this location were hit or miss but I decided to give it a try and find out for myself. The portion of food was great! I could tell by how heavy the bag was when they handed me my order. I went through the drive thru which was pretty prompt in service. My mouth started watering once I opened the box and seen how good my orders looked. I would definitely go back to this location for my future Chubby’s craving. I will say that the chili was not very spicy compared to other locations, however, that was also years ago. I was happy with the spice level being low because in past times, the chili was too spicy for me, but keep in mind that I do have a low spice tolerance.

I personally thought about writing this months ago but never did. But after today’s order I’m left feeling not very happy. Chubbys has been around my entire life as it’s been open since 1967! That’s a long time and I love that all locations are the same still ran by family. However my location I always have problems with and I’m not normally one to complain. Today I ordered a few things and the three tacos I ordered were ground beef and the beef is soooooooooo dry and crumbly it reminds me of those dry bacon bits you get in a jar. There’s zero moisture at all and the dryness affects the taste and not even the salsa can help it. It just falls out of the shell so easy and the shell wasn’t fresh or crispy it was stale and hard to chew. And my son is autistic so he eats very particular and I ordered him a burrito with potatoes, beans, cheese and sausage with chili on the side. He does not do eggs. And the entire burrito was like 75% egg with the sausage cooked in and I tried taking it all out but he ended up with a tortilla wet with beans and like 5 potato’s and they never answer the phone. So it’s just frustrating. Chubbys isn’t crazy expensive but it’s also not cheap to have two out of the three meals be basically not edible. They always either make something wrong or the quality in general has really went down hill. It doesn’t hit like it used to an afterwards I feel grossed out and like I wasted money because everything tastes like leftovers in a fridge. I honestly would rather eat at Taco Bell atp. we never eat it and feel satisfied like that was so good like it used it. The fries aren’t like they used to be either. And it would be nice if they could all start offering a mild version of their green chile. I mean I understand it’s always been the same chile, the same food other than when they first opened as a burger spot but most places nowadays offer mild. Their mild is their red chile only. And the customer service is hit or miss. I once ordered something specific so I made sure to remind the guy who took my money and the girl cook was rude when he told her and she said “she’s gonna have to pay for that if she wants me to do that” which I had paid for it but it was just tacky to assume I didn’t and fuss about it in front of me. I’m not trying to be a Karen just giving feedback. And I feel like they can do better.

This location sucks, me and my husband went in this evening and ordered two large smothered Tator tots with chicharrones on both and we’re charged for them but once we got home and opened the plate and already start to eat we noticed they didn’t put any on either one and then when I tried calling it just kept ringing with no answer. We ate them since we were hungry but disappointed we didn’t get are order the way we ordered it. We should of went up the street to Chili Shack oh and by the way we both ordered a soda and we both got dr pepper from the machine and it takes like root beer so someone who works there missed with the soda machine

Steak burritos 2 of them could have put them together to make 1 full one you get at the other 2. And been and beef burritos got bean and a couple bites of beef.
The flavor was good but for 60$ ill go where I get what I paid for.
