This was my first time here. Being originally from Jersey, I know bagels. I had everything bagel which was absolutely perfect. I did order the jersey boy which was supposed to be Taylor, ham, egg and cheese. Being from New Jersey, I knew right away, that they used generic ham for their sandwich. Taylor him egg and cheese is specific to the New Jersey area and it requires a special ham in a white cloth wrapper. Any other ham is considered ham, egg and cheese on a bagel. Was I disappointed? Actually, I was. I really thought that a place from up north would know what a real Taylor him, egg and cheese was. Additionally, The eggs appeared to be microwaved. However, I will be back for some amazing bagels and to try some other dishes!! The bagels are amazing and after all that’s what this place is!

Paid $14.39 for the Williamsburg with no tomato and onions (so basically salmon and cream cheese) on UberEats and they didn’t even have the decency to put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel. I can’t wait for a proper NY style bagel store to come here.

We eat here often and have never had a bad experience. The staff is super friendly and the bagels are as close to a New York Bagel that you can get in Florida. My wife is from Long Island and will not eat a bagel from anyplace else.

We drove a long way to experience Brooklyn Water Bagels since we don’t have one on our side of town. One of our bacon, egg and cheese bagels was amazing! The other was burned to the point it should have been caught before it was served. The service really could use some work – they seemed very annoyed to have customers. No welcome, no thanks, no smile. They were more interested in cleaning up the store to leave 45 minutes before they closed than being open for business. Oh well!
