It’s been a bit since we’ve been but they didn’t disappoint, it was a bit busier than normal and it seemed as there was only two people on the floor service was a little off but the food made up for it
We did get an Omega Chicken which regardless of the name reminded me of a Chk picatta which was good we really enjoyed the Shrimp & Grits the sauce was the star.
Speaking of stars i went for what I thought was a basic Chicken fried steak but was asked ” What gravy ? ” i said ” Your favorite ” and I was given a delicious Jalopeno white gravy , this is the one you want i didn’t know they had one , it does have a slight bite but you’ll be OK ( i asked for extra to take home , I couldn’t finish the dish )
The sweet potatoes were nice as well as the grilled veggies but that sauce

This is such a delicious place to eat. We tried the wings, chicken club, and bacon cheeseburger. Despite the wings being listed as a starter, they were absolutely scrumptious. Both the chicken club and the burger were tender and flavorful. Don’t leave without trying their banana pudding. Worth every bite.

Finally got around to trying this place! We had a wonderful experience and will undoubtedly be back. The food at Omega Grill was perfectly prepared and oh so delicious- it was enjoyed by all! The service was equally outstanding; the staff was warm, welcoming and very attentive. We had the “healthy choice” with grilled chicken, rice pilaf and veggies, smothered pork chops, and chicken & waffles. There are so many great choices- we look forward to our next visit to try out their other offerings.

The Omega Grill has an unbelievable item on the menu! Shrimp and Grits which has been voted best in Houston for good reason. Thanks goes out to everyone working! Omega had food fast, hot, and well seasoned.

I’ve visited this place twice now. Service was okay this time, the first time it was excellent. This time I was with a group of 12. I had to ask for utensils and napkins after the meal was served. The food was very good, I had the tossed salad with grilled chicken and a cilantro jalapeno salad dressing. The dressing was tasty but not very spicy. The ingredients in the salad were fresh and tasty.
There’s such a great selection of dishes that I had a hard time choosing. We had onion rings and fried mushrooms for appetizers and I recommend both. They’re proud to state that all dressings are hand made on site, with a selection of 6 if I remember correctly.

My favorites are the Southern Bowl and Pot pie. Shrimp and grits are so good, it’s just a tad bit too spicy for me. Their water is really refreshing too. (Most places water tastes like hose water, to me.) The staff is very attentive.

Good and friendly service. The bread rolls were a great start and the salads were tasty with good portions. The large salad though only comes with one small dressing and they charge . 50 for another one which seems odd. I would also recommend bringing a coat as it was freezing cold in there even with our sweaters on.
