The best food!!! Read about this place Friday when the Gallatin Chamber posted about it and we went for lunch the next day. Incredible meal. The meatloaf sandwich was the best I have ever had. The roast with gravy, cream corn, mashed potatoes and okra, equally as good as was the club sandwich! We will be making this a weekly 45 min drive from Lebanon to eat!

My first time at Milliken’s and there’s no doubt – I will be back. Everything was perfect. Hashbrown casserole and omelet were amazing. And very reasonably priced. Will be back for dinner – which is served Friday and Saturday evenings.

THIS is what the Cracker Barrel chain is trying to replicate! Homey restaurant with no-frills, tasty, and filling meals. Menu is written on a whiteboard and changes often! Adorable country store attached, but missing out by not selling the small oil lamps that are on each restaurant table!

Super cute store just outside of Gallatin. Locally owned and operated and has a restaurant and event space on site. Country chic feel with cute decor, snacks, and unique gifts. A little off the main path but worth the drive to check it out.

We have gone to the restaurant twice now, since our first experience was so delicious. We ate a brunch-style meal the first time, and had to order the biscuits and gravy again as they are the absolute best! Their Buffalo Belle sandwich which features buffalo-style chicken on a bun with incredible-tasting pimento cheese and LT was also delicious! The service there is pretty great too, if we can give a shout out to the servers! You will NOT be disappointed when you go! We will be back again soon!

Never been here thought we would try it today 2-28-26. Never have I ever felt so out of place in my life. I didn’t know rather to sit ourselves or not. So we just sat down. Waitresses passing us not saying anything. No smile no we will be right with you. I noticed people come in after us they greeted and attended too. Very rude in my opinion. After about 5 or 10 minutes I just left. I don’t like to feel like that. I was looking forward to trying it but usually in a business you acknowledge someone

Cute little store and eatery near home. It was a beautiful day, after lots of rain and snow for the past several weeks, so we decided to stop in. We definitely will stop back by for ice cream and to possibly eat. The store carries lots of unique food preparation items, honey and smoked meats.

I went there to eat.We were the only ones at lunch on a Wednesday. The dining room was absolutely freezing. My food got cold before I could eat it which was a blessing because it wasn’t very good to start with. Honestly, I’m amazed we were there an hour. And no one else showed up. I had meatloaf and it was atrocious. The dining room was set up nice but absolutely freezing. I mean ridiculous cold like they were trying to ring you out of the building.

St Paddy’s Day dinner and Trivia! The Ole Milliken Store just had their first dinner experience and it was a huge hit. The matriarch of the family, Tara Milliken, (who also happens to be a phenomenal cook) prepared this delicious traditional Irish homestyle meal of corned beef and cabbage and it did not disappoint.
Growing up in California alongside my very Irish family, we ALWAYS ate traditional Irish fare on St Patrick’s Day. Since moving to Tennessee in 2016 I haven’t had my fix of corned beef, cabbage and soda bread, so tonight was good for my soul.
The Ole Milliken Store is FAMILY owned and FAMILY operated, the patriarch, Tony Milliken was walking around greeting guests, while the two Milliken daughters, Taylor and Tristen did a fantastic job serving and making us feel right at home, while the oldest Milliken boy, Trevor, (all dressed in green) knocked it out of the park hosting trivia. Although I didn’t win trivia tonight, it was tons of fun for the whole family!
The ole Milliken Store is an absolute gem and it’s located less than an hour North of Nashville, in Bethpage, TN. Definitely worth the drive to check out their store that boasts mostly local grown and bought goods.
The Milliken family is doing it right! Next time you need groceries think of supporting a local family who supports local businesses, and definitely DON’T miss out on their next dinner event!
