Stopped in with my friends. we are rarely up in this area and we decided to eat here. Noone greeted us when we walked in. We went and got our own menus and dinnerware. They were out of an ingredient needed for my selection so I agreed to select something else. I was asked what size of burger I wanted. I chose the 4 ounce…now don’t see the point. I was charged the same as if I purchased a larger one. Drank water and paid $11. The burger and green beans were delicious!!! The folks there were very friendly. It seemed that one woman was trying to cook and waitress. We tipped but was odd since we waited on ourselves.

My mom and I stopped here for her birthday lunch. The atmosphere is so cozy, the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans and lemon cream pie was delicious. The owner is so welcoming and staff so friendly.

We had place an order for food for our employees and the burger was amazing actual ground beef not a frozen patty. The specials was great lasagna was fantastic the goulash was okay needed more seasoning in it. The prices are very reasonable great service and great experience will definitely be back.

The burgers take a while to cook, but they are worth every second! Best burger I think I’ve ever tasted! Friendly staff. Sweet tea is a bit watered down. Recommend the bacon jam burger!

Well, I came back again 1 year later and I am still so happy!! The owner/cook/server even remembered me! Such a great price for the food you get. You can tell they make it with love. Thanks ladies – hope to see you all again!
So glad I found this restaurant! Such a homey feel and great service. The food!! What can I say?! They offer a buffet and it is great. Though, I gotta say – the head cook makes a damn good breakfast! When you walk in, it feels like you are visiting family out of town (in a good way ). I visited twice while visiting the area and plan to go back again before I leave town.
