My first time here. Laid back atmosphere, the waitress was attentive and friendly. Grilled chicken wrap was tasty , fries were perfect fried pickles were pretty good.
My friend had the spinach strawberry salad. She ordered without blue cheese and they put it on anyway, but she said the salad was yummy.

This place was a random choice on the return leg of a road trip and we were pleasantly surprised. It’s your average neighborhood sports bar… but the food was far superior. The “soups” including the chili and the chicken and dumplings were incredible. The fried mashed potato cakes with the mushroom sauce are brilliant and so tasty. My chicken in the golden BBQ sauce was perfect. My lady’s pulled pork was super tender and flavorful. If you’re in the area you need to get over there!

The burger and fries are good, but nothing special. The wings are absolutely amazing and I love the sports TVs and ambience.. It is nice and clean and modern. Great customer service. The lady was coming over to check on me often.

They have some happy hour special drinks, etc.

With plenty of seating, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s the most comfortable. It’s mostly a booth and table, and after feeling the spring in the booth, I moved to a table with chairs instead. Not bad, but not great either. There are plenty of screens to look at and it’s noisy enough to remind you you’re in a bar-type environment.

There’s a small bar past the dining area — probably the heart of their business. If you can grab a seat there, you might get faster service. The dining area seemed to be staffed with only two people, though one of them was doing nearly all the running. Apparently, there was also a party in a back room — something I only learned about from the staff, who were stretched thin trying to cover it all. Management really should have scheduled more help if they knew about the party so walk-in customers could still get service. Instead, we had long waits for just about everything.

At first, I thought maybe the slow service was due to the kitchen layout, since the servers had to walk to the far side of the restaurant so often. But once I heard about the party, the long waits made more sense.

The food itself was good — good enough that I’d tell people about it. My wife enjoyed the wings, and I had the Brisket Reuben with mashed potato cakes topped with mushroom gravy. She said the wings were solid, and I didn’t have any complaints about the Reuben. It was alright — not amazing, but I was hungry, so it hit the spot. The mashed potato cakes were a neat idea, though you only get two, so choose your bites carefully. It was enough to fill me up, but for the price, they could have added a little more of something somewhere.

We ate, we paid, and I still left a generous tip, though management really needs to do better about staffing.

We were in the area and decided to try it. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, and I probably wouldn’t go out of my way to return. It was clean, though, and had a newer vibe — for an “Olde Tavern.”

I like this restaurant! Good steady business for lunch! The Philly Steak sub first bite was embarrassing to have to take out of my mouth because ALL chewy fat. Second bite was a hard cotilage could never eat. Just saying this to have kitchen serve quality in their prepared service to consume. Will try to come back again. Thanks for your time.

This cute little place has a lot going for itself, except selection! Many of the items that attracted us here, such as smoked prime rib and seared tuna, are only available on certain days….and there’s no telling which days, only when they’re on “Special”. Our server, Vanna (yes, Vanna!) was very bubbly & friendly! She made the experience joyful! The food was good, but not great. My Chicken Carbonara was lacking peas and the chicken seemed as though it had been cooked twice. It’s possible this was just an off night for us and we’ll more than likely give them another try.

The cheese curds were amazing. The service was wxcellwnt. The food, not so great. The pulled pork was mushy and fatty. The hush puppies were rock hard. The Philly cheesesteak was mushy and soggy. The Mac and cheese was mushy and oily. They charged for the pub chips that I ate like 4 of. They took the bbq meal off but never asked how the other food was. $40+ on cheese curds and Philly steak and 1 drinks. Will not be going back.
