Beautiful environment with the Tiffany glass. Family friendly in all ways. The main bathroom is located downstairs without an elevator, however, there is a handicap accessible option next to the front desk. Food is amazing but if you dont like garlic this is not the place for you. Be prepared for limited parking and plan accordingly.

I had a wonderful dining experience here with my daughter, son in law and two grandkids. Ella was our waitress and she made this experience all the better. She was very personable, polite and knowledgeable not to mention provided great service and made sure we were all taken of. Overall I’d really recommended this place to all families, couples or even individuals who are looking for a quality Italian meal in a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Thank you Ella and thank you Old Spaghetti Factiry for providing my family with a great family friendly dining experience. We will be back again soon

The food was not hot enough when it came out. We sent it back to reheat but they insisted on remaking the plates. When they came back out they were better, but still not quite hot enough. The wait staff was helpful and courteous and the ambiance was nice. Overall it was ok but expected more. It was all of our first time there so were excited to try it out. Unsure if I’d go back. Note: It was NYE, maybe that had something to do with it since it was a very busy night.

Had a great time here! We sat in the train car, had amazing drinks and delicious food! Chicken marsala and mushroom ravioli were both outstanding. Best part was our server, Mandy, who embraced our silliness and provided excellent service! Apparently, the building is haunted, which was evident in the lamp that gently swayed on occasion!

Went for Lunch date with my wife and was blown away. Upon being seated or waiter Daniel promptly met us with a smile and greating. He took our drink order and answered our questions with a great attitude and a genuine smile. We ordered cheese bread for an appetizer which came out fast and hot flavor was amazing and as we looked over the menu I was stuck between Chicken Parm and lasagna. My waiter suggested the Lasagna with the meat sauce. Man was he right it was amazing and was accompanied by two freshly made meatballs. My wife ordered Chicken Fettuccine with mushrooms and broccoli. The flavor and freshness was apparent in every bite. The service and quality where absolutely amazing. My family and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend Spokanes Old Spaghetti Factory to everyone. Don’t miss out on great food and service excellence. If you get a chance ask for Daniel as your waiter. His approach to customer service and attention to his patrons are what every guest hopes for in a dinning experience.

It’s been about 10 years since I’ve visited this establishment. Today I went again and it was amazing! My husband and daughter had never been and they loved it! We all want to go back against soon. We had the mushroom ravioli and the fettuccine, both were mouth watering We also had the lobster/crab ravioli, which wasn’t our favorite. The experience was amazing and so was the food!

This is not the review I wanted to leave! I’ve driven past The Old Spaghetti Factory hundreds of times but never had the pleasure of trying it until my boyfriend surprised me Saturday night on a spontaneous date night.
The atmosphere and service overall was amazing. I loved the decor. Everyone we encountered were super friendly- very professional!
Made reservations for 7pm. Arrived at 6:52pm
I assume the manager asked us if we’d like to sit in the bar at a booth, we accepted.
He pointed to the booth, we said thank you, he walked away.
The previous customer check was still on the table (no big deal) and the table wasn’t very clean. After sitting, a staff member asked to clean the table and did so.
Our waiter (super friendly- made for a great experience) got our drinks and food in a timely manner.
The food – wasn’t anything special. I got the lobster & crab ravioli. My man got the Tuscan chicken. The chicken was a 8/10. Could’ve used more sauce. The seafood ravioli was a 3/10 at best. Super dry, not a lot of flavor. Our dishes came with salad and sour dough bread. The bread was a 10/10 (I’m a sucker for hot bread!) the salad, was ok. We both took 3-4 bites then pushed it aside
I was looking forward to trying their tiramisu but unfortunately they were sold out
My blackberry lemonade- alcoholic beverage was the best part of my meal
If for the atmosphere and service I’d say 5/5. But the food was very disappointing.

9.2.25: First time at this location for my friend’s birthday dinner and since we live in North Idaho, it was any an hour ish drive. We were starving and hoped the wait was worth it. I used Google’s online reservation system, which was really simple and easy. When we walked in the door, we were greeted and told the hostess we were in 15 minutes early. She was able to sit us right away. It wasn’t too busy at first but picked up by the time we left. Ambience was quiet and lightning was on the dim side. It made for a relaxing environment and we even got sat at a booth with a window.

Our server, Scott, right away said he would be right back. After a few minutes of scanning the menu, Scott returned to take it drink order and thanked us for our patience. Since cotton candy is my fav, I couldn’t resist not ordering the Cotton Candy Limeade. It arrived with cotton candy on a stick, which I wasn’t expecting and loved it! The limeade itself was really delicious and not too sour. My friend ordered a vanilla Italian Soda and liked it so much he ordered a 2nd one, which was perfect because now we both have souvenir glasses. Scott was awesome enough to give us two fresh clean glasses to take home.

So with Spaghetti Factory’s 3-course setup, I went with the garden salad with thousand island as my appetizer, traditional spaghetti with manager’s choice of two sauces: Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter and traditional Marinara Sauce, as my entree, and traditional spumoni for dessert. My friend ordered the lasagna and a side of 2 meatballs (he was quick and I only got a pic of 1 meatball lol). As for an appetizer, we went with the Sicilian garlic cheese bread.

My salad was good but nothing out of the ordinary. The garlic cheese bread was phenomenally awesome. It was soft, hot, and cheesy–the marinara dip was nice and rich and complimented it very well. My spaghetti arrived picturesque-like and they did a great job keeping my 2 sauces separate. The noodles were perfectly tender–al dente to a T. The Mizithra Cheese and Browned Butter sauce is so flavorful. Although not really saucy, it’s my first choice if I’m not feeling saucey. The melding of flavors explodes your mouth with tasty goodness. It almost reminds me of a dry white Alfredo. Let’s not forget about the marinara sauce with its rich robust tomato flavor blended with just the right amount of spices. I thoroughly enjoyed my spaghetti plate and ate it all. Boo for no leftovers lol. My friend said hands down it was the best lasagna he’s had in years. Because everything we ate was so flavorful, he said the meatballs were great but pretty ordinary. The spumoni scoop of ice cream for dessert hit the spot. I love pistachio and it had a good pistachio taste and enjoyed the 3 distinct flavors versus all 3 flavors just blending into weirdness.

Scott was a friendly server, checked on us at all the right times, and overall added a nice vibe to our dinner. We left so full I think I waddled outta there haha. We’ll definitely be back!

My Mom and I ate there this evening and it was a very good experience. Our bartender/waitress was so nice, fun, friendly, polite, funny, engaging, as well as attentive. Thank you Mylene! Mom says Mylene deserves a raise.
The food was delicious and filling. The atmosphere was just right. 2 thumbs up, 5 stars.

Ella was our server last night and she did a phenomenal job. The kitchen was behind and she made sure to keep up updated the entire time of how long it would be for our food. The restaurant atmosphere and decor is amazing and so comfortable. Food was great. No issues with the restaurant itself. The only problem is parking. We had to pay $26 at the parking lot across and down the street a little since there is no parking there. I don’t know if it’s always that expensive or if something was going on.
