Sunday night dinner with the family. I knew it was going to be a long wait, so me and my children waited and put down our name for a table. (7 total). Waited 40 minutes. The rest of our family made great timing, they sat right down with us.

Asked for bread, we all had non-alcoholic drinks but for some reason my mocktail was super delayed. I waited 20 mins after everyone else got their drinks. Never got a refill later on in the meal. We had to ask for waters. Had to ask for bread while waiting in dinner to come out.

This location is one of the smaller restaurants in the chain, it just gets really packed in peak meal times. So keep that in mind. Our Waitress was nice but you could tell she was hard at work with the behind the scenes and her other tables. Think I’d rather go to the Portland Location.

I am here alone the waitress/barmaid is annoyed. She really did not even say 2 words to me the whole time I was there. I am sure it is because she thinks the tip will be small. It would not have been but it is now. It took her 15 min to even get to me. The manager on the other hand fantastic picking up the slack for this barmaid. I don’t think I will be back. Now we are empty glass and empty plate for 20 min. I go out only about once a week so no loss to the company that I won’t be back. It is just a shame to treat customers like she did.

Ordered delivery, paid 25$ for approx 15 tortellini. Not sure if shrinkflation on this is purposeful or not but its disappointing for sure. Spumoni, salad, bread was all wonderful as usual however shrinking portion sizes is despicable behavior honestly.

Getting a full 3 course meal for $22 with nice atmosphere and great service is next to impossible to find. The fresh loaf of bread, soup or salad and then large portions main course and to top it off, a free cup of ice cream.. it can’t be beat.

Always a special place to dine! Family favorite for decades. Staff is top notch every time! The atmosphere is second to none! Tasty everything, I’m never disappointed in fact I usually have to tell myself to stop.

To had not been to a spaghetti factory in years. My grandparents used to take me to the one near Rancho Cucamonga, California. I was a little disappointed in the service. When we arrived there was a wait so I went to the lounge to order a drink. Bartender had a large section plus all the drinks from the bar so took a long time to get our drink. They also wouldn’t let my wife have her drink in the waiting area and we had our 10-year-old with us so had to take turns walking into the bar to have our drinks. This also meant we couldn’t take our drinks through the waiting room to the table. It seemed like a poor way to set up a restaurant, especially if you often have weights. The food was decent and service was quick. But it wasn’t quite to the caliber that I remember it being. However, I will say the splimony ice cream is still awesome.

My first dinner here May 12, 2024; The restaurant was very busy; Everyone’s service attitude is good; Good food; Drinking water is okay; The only thing I felt was that the mushroom ravioli was a bit salty, perhaps the cheese made the ravioli saltier. We received 2 beautiful glasses to take home

Overall, “It’s okay” pretty much sums it up.
We. Must have come at the worst day at the worst time accidentally. We had an estimated 20 minute wait that turned into a full hour, and when we finally got seated, it turned into another 45 minutes waiting for food.

Service was quality, never was lacking there.
Food was about par for the course. Most likely frozen and reheated, but again, par for this kind of restaurant. Overall it’s a family favorite and I’m sure we’ll be back again.

The three of us arrived for a late lunch at 130 p.m. we had reservations and were seated immediately. We gave our order and then waited an inordinate length of time before it was delivered. The food was not cool and did not meet the standards that we have for the Spaghetti Factory. In all the times we’ve been there, this was the first time that it did not meet the level of Excellence we expect out of the Spaghetti Factory. I imagine this was an isolated experience, and will improve when we return on a different day.

Fabulous experience! My family and I grew up going to the one in Santa Monica & Hollywood, which are no longer, so when I come to Oregon, I love stopping in. Thanks for a memorable evening.
