They were very accommodating, we had a LARGE party of 13; and they were able to get us a table within half hour of us calling them. This location is 2 stories & has outdoor dining available. We were seated upstairs; near another large party who also had younger children. I think this was a great use of the space as both parties knew and had children of their own.
I am a sucker for the browned butter with mizithra cheese and is my go to. But there were so many different dishes ordered by our party, and there were nearly no complaints. We had one order that came out that had to be remade as there was an allergen we did not know about. For the amount of people we had the waitstaff did incredible.
We were treated well and rarely had a low or empty drink.
The food was all great quality and the service was wonderful.
For San Jose downtown, very nice place if you need a sit down for family or the date
Beyond the food, the ambiance is charming and unique, giving the space a fun and welcoming atmosphere that adds to the overall experience. Whether you’re coming for a family meal, a casual night out, or just to enjoy some classic Italian dishes with a great drink, this spot is definitely worth a visit.
Once we were all seated, our server was prompt with our orders and was on top of taking care of our beverages for the duration of our stay!
The food was good for what it was, I love mizithra pasta so no complaints there, and it was all quite affordable in terms of pricing. We were here on a Thursday night, so I cant really say much for expectations on the weekends, but I would highly recommend this location to host another event!
Thank you The Old Spaghetti Factory staff for taking great care of us!
The soup wasn’t that fun, however I have had a better soup at a different branch of this restaurant
We shared a fried calamari and Mizithra cheese & browned butter spaghetti, which came with a generous loaf of bread, salad, and spumoni ice cream (a mix of chocolate, pistachio, and cherry flavors). The food was fantastic, and the portions were so generous.
Will definitely be back to try other specialties!
Basic Fare Husband and I chose the Anniversary Special. Calamari appetizer was fantastic and we also shared a Black Manhattan drink because the drink was strong it took Husband to help me along we sipped it all thru dinner.
The waiting time to be sat was 30mins but the service despite the madness was lovely.
It’s definitely a very popular place.
There is a parking tower about 1/2 block away.
On weekends 90mins are free then $1 per 15mins after that. Once we ordered our apps we realized an hr had passed so Husband exited and reparked
