AN ESTABLISHED CLASSIC! Founded in 1969 by Guss and Sally Dussin, The Old Spaghetti Factory is still family owned and operated, serving homemade meals and creating a memorable dining experience. I ordered the SPINACH & MEAT TORTELLINI! This dish gets massive recognition from me. The meal is essentially hat shaped pasta stuffed with roasted chicken and Mortadella, topped with Alfredo sauce and shredded Romano Cheese. It was the best 940 calorie meal for $19.99 I’ve had in a while! I topped my lunch off with dessert, spumoni was on the menu so I had to try it! I was very pleased.

Our server Lisa was super personable and welcoming! She had a friendly demeanor and was super familiar with the menu. I appreciate a dedicated professional in the food industry.

DT Phoenix’s Old Spaghetti Factory is super cool, I got classic western vibes mixed with Italian flair. I loved the massive seating space and elegant old timey aesthetic.

Visiting from out of town and we had a perfect dining experience here. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile. Our server was friendly and made suggested. We never had to wait long and our food came out quickly. Everything tasted amazing and the bread and garlic butter is so delicious! The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. The manager even came and check on us, to ensure everything was good. The prices are decent and portions a great. Everything was absolutely delicious! I definitely recommend for a casual dinner or a special occasion.

’ve been wanting to come here for years and was so excited to finally try it. The minestrone soup and bread were absolute standouts—truly delicious and memorable. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs, which wasn’t bad, but felt a bit underwhelming compared to everything else. My husband ordered the Italian sausage, and that dish was excellent. I would absolutely come back to try one of their signature dishes and explore more of the menu

We went for the murder mystery dinner. The food was not good. My ravioli was cold and made me nauseous. Tasted old and gross. Definitely not fresh. Other people that got the ravioli did not enjoy it either.
The salad had way too much dressing it was not good. My mom asked for dairy free Option and the meat sauce was not good. They still brought her ice cream in the end and did not Offer her a different dessert. For $75 a person I would think the food would’ve been better. I will not be going back

My wife and I visited the restaurant for the first time. There is plenty of parking space on site. Inside the place is unbelievably decorated. We had the mizitra spaghetti and the crab and lobster ravioli al pesto, very delicious. The service was excellent and fast. We will be back to try the rest of the recipes.

This is the BEST Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to. Best Food, decor, staff.
We had Chicken Parm and Lasagna for meals. Fresh, generous portions, and served hot.
Our server was very attentive and quick. Food came out quickly.
The best part of the evening was the decor. It’s so different. Every light a chandelier or Tiffany. Tables all different. Some large tables in their own little closed stall. There’s a lot of nostalgia, old equipment, crazy chairs and a street car in the middle of the restaurant with tables in it. I’m raving about The Spaghetti house for all these reasons. Oh, and prices were fair and spumoni ice cream comes with your meal. How about that?
It was 530 pm on a Tuesday. Walked right in. They have a large seating capacity. Enjoy.

I was skeptical, but the food was great.
My only complaint was that they didnt ask the teens at a separate table if they wanted separate checks. 10 teen boys from different families really did want separate checks. And they didnt offer my son the ice cream that comes with his meal. Boo!

We love this place. So, let’s start with the positives:
We went in last night. (Valentine’s Day.)
The food is always outstanding. You seriously can’t miss. For such a busy evening, the kitchen staff was on point. Food was hot, fresh, came out in a really fair amount of time, and met all expectations.
Our server was phenomenal. He was running his butt off. Our drinks were always full, requests taken care of almost immediately, and was really communicative about our order helping to manage expectations.
The not so positive:
We called and made reservations. We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation time. Upon checking in, the hostess informed us that it would be an hour plus before we got seated. This was the same quote time that people with out reservations were being quoted. It was clear that the restaurant was over booked. I expected a short wait but that was ridiculous. We asked why such a long wait with reservations. The answer we got was a snotty “It’s Valentine’s Day.” No apology. No kindness. To her credit, I’m sure she was taking a beating from the mass amount of people whose expectations about reservations were not being met. We booked our reservation two and a half hours ahead of an event we were supposed to be at only a few miles away. We were almost late.
Old Spaghetti Factory, why allow reservations if times can’t be met? My suggestion would be not to accept reservations at all or make it reservation only with a staff member who has experience with booking such a high volume day.
