Overall it was a pretty good experience. I love the atmosphere and ambience. The building and decorations are nice. Its fun that each chandelier lighting is unique though fits to the rest of the decor.

I took my son to The Old Spaghetti factory in Taylorsville, first thing as you go into this place is how cozy and eye catching every detail of the restaurants trolley station decor is, then your immediately greeted by the friendly staff and shown to your seat. We chose to sit in the Trolley right in the middle of the restaurant which my son loved. We ordered the spaghetti and meatball dish for my son while I went for the shrimp fettuccine Alfredo. Both dishes were delicious and so was the side bread that came with the meal crunchy on the outside soft and warm on the inside. Our server was great checking on us and filling up our drinks as necessary. We finished of our meal with the Spumoni and vanilla covered in chocolate I e cream. Great place to get lunch before the heavy dinner crowd show up.

It had been awhile to visit and it was nice we were seated right away the waiter that served us was friendly and constantly check if we needed anything ! The chicken fettuccine, and garlic shrimp fettuccine was delicious!

Just to start, we LOVE Spaghetti Factory. We literally went to the downtown location on our wedding day. This experience tonight was unacceptable. We were seated fast, and our orders were taken quick… Then the waiting started. No water or bread, or sodas we ordered for close to 20. My son’s soup arrived, and my salad, and our server then just walked away, with no explanation as to why my wife didn’t get a salad. We waited 5+ minites for her to get one. We are offered cheese bread due to having to wait, which seems nice. Then we wait 10 more minutes for our entrees. One of the entrees arrives incorrect. 18 minutes later, while my family is eating but feels bad, we finally flag down the manager. My meal was brought in a to-go container at the same time we got our first refills. Tonight was supposed to be a celebration dinner, and instead it was just mistake. I won’t go into how our server said my meal would be free, but manager only discounted it 50%, or how the elderly people next to us waited 25 minutes for THEIR bread and waters. I paid $60+ for the worst meal I have experienced in a restaurant in a long time.

I recently had a terrible experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory and cannot recommend it to anyone. In fact, I would give it a one-star rating. My disappointment started with the reservation confirmation text we received just ten minutes before our scheduled reservation, threatening to give our table away if we didn’t show up on time. When we called to let them know we were only a few minutes away, the response was not helpful.

Went here as part of a wedding party so I don’t feel my experience was typical. I had a good time, and I was impressed with how well the staff handled our huge group and accommodated all the little changes that surely piled up.

Underwhelmed by the food, surprised by the cost, and our server had an attitude and forgot to take my order. My son had a small portion of Mac n cheese which was supposed to come with apple sauce bit didn’t. Think twice before trying this place unless you wanna spend $55 for spaghetti and stale bread.
