First time to try…was very nice atmosphere and decorated pretty cool Our party seated very quickly (very nice hostess) thats where the service pretty much ended The waitress was not seeming to be knowledgeable about menu and not very interested or attentive. Very slow service and left all dirty dishes on table 🙁 they were not very busy to warrant this. Then the food… all 4 plates were warm at best. Couldn’t let waitress know to even reheat as she was never back Appetizers were good though! Was my nieces birthday and picked this location we Told waitress it was her birthday and her reply was cool happy birthday. Niece was a bit disappointed as they did birthday thing at other tables. I Hate leaving bad reviews but hopefully do better!! Won’t be back to this location but possibly try another. Not sure…

Great food and really great service. We had a group of 25 and only 1 server. She did a great job it would have been nice for any Mgr to stop by and help get refils. But our waitress did a great job. We will keep comming back…

Good value and food was pretty good! Love that it has the “going out” feel but isn’t overly expensive. My ravioli had a good number of squares and the soup was good. The old-fashioned I got didn’t really blow me out of the water, but everything else was great. Don’t remember who our server was but she was super nice and somehow came around the perfect amount.

Hadn’t been to one of these in decades, so it brought back memories. That was nice. The atmosphere was good, place was clean, service was excellent. Food was ok/good. My kids liked the marinara and meat sauce, as well as the brown butter sauce. The minestrone soup was good too. I had the Alfredo and it tasted like it came from a jar. I mixed the creamy pesto salad dressing in with it to make it edible. The dessert spumoni and ice cream was good and a nice finish to the meal.

Having never been to The Spaghetti Factory prior, I was somewhat weary to my husband’s suggestion we get brunch there together this morning. Having a very picky 3 year old son, going out to eat can be… a struggle.
With that said, our experience was fantastic!!! We were seated immediately, the overall vibe of the restaurant is adorable, and my son left full and happy!
I ordered the Sausage Pasta, my husband ordered the Meat Lovers pasta, and my son got the meat sauce pasta. All of which were delicious and very filling.
But hands down the best part of our experience, was our server. Isabel was absolutely fantastic in every regard. She greeted us with a genuine smile and was as hospitable as possible, got our orders to us in a timely manner, and made us feel genuinely welcome. My son (who may have had just the smallest crush on our server) is a very picky eater and his orders can be somewhat complicated when we go out to eat. Isabel was extremely accommodating to him, made him laugh and smile recurrently, and was the talking point of our ride back home. Easily one of the friendliest, funniest, and humble service experiences my husband and I have experienced at a restaurant. We are already wanting to go back and request Isabel as our server. You go girl!!!!!

If there was an option for more than 5 stars for service they would definitely earn it. I’ve never laughed with a server more in my life. Lilly was the best and most outstanding server I’ve ever met. Just because of her, I will definitely be back

My waitress Ashley M. was absolutely amazing. She made sure my drink was full and when delivering food she was thorough, making sure I had everything I needed. Checked on me consistently throughout my meal. I genuinely dont think ive had that great of service here or possibly anywhere else. 5 star waitress, I will be back to sit in her section again

Amazing experience! The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great, but our server Cullyn truly made the night. They were so attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without ever being overbearing. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Loved our experience here. We had a huge party (50) with our hockey team in town for the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food was delicious, service was prompt and kind. I will also say that for my money this was the best value (high quality and good portions) that I’ve seen in a LONG time! They sat all the boys together from the team (away from us parents) and provided a great atmosphere for them as well and there were no issues at all with dividing up all the bills. Thank you!
