Visited for the first time recently and thoroughly enjoyed the experience! We were delighted by the take-home glasses that came with the Italian sodas, and the complementary ice cream for dessert! The mushroom ravioli was so good, it paired nicely with the Caesar salad. The portions are huge, you will not go hungry here. The atmosphere is also fun and lent to an overall great dining experience. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

My family ate here tonight and we did not have the best experience. We made a reservation for 15 people. We were shown to our table almost 15 minutes after our reservation time. We did not receive our salads until 45 minutes after we sat down. It was another hour before we got our food, and it was brought to us barely warm. The waters we ordered were never brought to our table. Our drinks were not refilled once we did finally get them. We had multiple young children with us and were not given kids menus until after the appetizers were brought. We were only given 2 orders of bread for 15 people, even though bread is meant to be served with every entree ordered.

I highly recommend not ordering for takeout, this is the portions that they gave us, this was for me and my grandmother. This was not enough portion at all, I paid an extra $4.99 for extra chicken and all I got was a little 4 ounce container of chicken. And the extra sauce that I paid for as well was a decent portion that was probably the only decent portion out of the entire meal. The lady in the front was very rude with her attitude. She didn’t even know how to work the app when I asked her to help me. She said she wasn’t sure how the app works and when I asked her if I could have a receipt because I couldn’t get the app to work, and I then had to order in there for to go. She proceeded to make a comment and said we don’t have those here (talking about a Receipt) , and then said to me oh, you look like you had a really upset look on your face when I said that to you. I was just joking with you about not having receipts here. This is very unprofessional and the fact that they cannot get their portions correct for to go order is ridiculous. Whether you order inside or order food inside and eat inside the Restaurant or order to go. You should get the same amount of portions. I highly don’t recommend ordering For carrying out if this is how you’re going to get portioned for your food I paid $28 and some change for this? I would not recommend going here and the Alfredo with the broccoli had a kick to it as well. This is unacceptable, especially considering I have worked in customer service and the food Industry as well for five years. I would never serve any customer the way that this lady served me tonight and I would never serve the portions that were served to me tonight. The portions We’re uncalled for and I’m hoping that a manager or owner will reach out to me regarding this experience. (This is an update, I received an email from the manager and they went ahead and gave me two free meals at the spaghetti factory, and it was an amazing Meal when I dinned in with the spaghetti factory with my two free meals from the manager.) The food was portion correctly, and the staff was very nice in fact because the waiter was so nice. I was able to give him a tip! Thank you for giving me the chance to go back and try your restaurant again and get a better experience.

Beautiful place, friendly service. Can’t say much of the food, very bland, I was told it was “Greek” and that’s why it tastes different, not really impresive, of all the places we’ve visited I can compare the food to that of Fazoli’s.

I loved everything I love the pickled jalapeño chicken marsala, and the bread and the garlic butter were amazing. I also got the taste of Italy wine menu that was phenomenal. My kids loved this place. My youngest Barry says this is his favorite restaurant and I wasn’t too sure because it was very expensive and I don’t know if we’ll be back because of the price but everything was amazing for my family of six. It was $190. I love this restaurant but the prices are just a tad bit high but I recommend coming here just because this place
It’s very good me and my mates came here the other day and we just loved it. I got the chicken marsala again and I just loved it. It was so amazing. My friend is from Australia where they have great wine and he said the wine was phenomenal.

I appreciate the fact that they left the doors unlocked before they were opened for lunch. Even if they weren’t prepared to seat you, it’s thoughtful to let your customers get in, out of the cold while they waited!
Since I’m not a “foodie” but am more impressed by the vibes or atmosphere in a restaurant, I also appreciate the unique decor at ‘The Old Spaghetti Factory’ locations!
The server here also did a good job of trying to keep tabs on her customers.
While both, the spaghetti and clam sauce were tasty, my only complaint at this restaurant was that the amount of sauce for the large plate of spaghetti was anything but generous! When my plate was first brought out, I was definitely taken aback by how limiting it appeared. Before ‘digging in’ I spent a fair amount of time trying to stir it in so that I wouldn’t have to be eating dry noodles. I think I eventually got it halfway spread out but that didn’t leave much sauce on any particular forkful.
On a positive note, the ice cream was every bit as delicious as expected!

We went to the OSF for the first time and really enjoyed it. The food was absolutely fantastic and the portions were a good size. The 3 course meal is fun with getting either soup or salad, the main entree, and then ice cream for dessert. A little pricey but most places are now these days. The service was a little slow.
But overall really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!

I can’t say any good about this place. The place was nearly empty when me and a friend came. Our waiter was extremely slow to get to us and when he did he took even longer to bring drink refills. We were his only table up until we got out checks. I don’t understand if he just didn’t care or what but that was annoying. On the other note the food was absolutely awful. I don’t understand if they just don’t season ANYTHING but everything was just flavorless. The soup I got tasted so bland and the only thing I could taste was black pepper. The pasta was so starchy and chewy and Alfredo lacked any flavor. The butter served with the bread tasted like just oil. The best thing here was the scoop of ice cream at the end of our meal which we took two bites of. The waiter didn’t say a word about it and never asked if everything was ok. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
