First, our server was fantastic. Unfortunately, this place is not what it used to be. We were very disappointed. Prices have been raised (averaging around $19). The quality of our food was not good at all and definitely not worth the price. I had the Chicken Marsala. It tasted like a school lunch. My wife had the Chicken Fettuccine. The sauce was thin and bland, and the chicken was cut into very tiny cubes like a tv dinner. They’d have to really step up the quality of the food before I’d ever consider going back . Olive Garden is MUCH better.

Had the lobster and crab ravioli, the meat trio, and cheese garlic bread. Taste was super basic, not what we expected for the price. Fazolis is better and that doesn’t say much. The atmosphere on the other hand was really nice since we were seated in the trolley.

Always a great experience here. My family loves the food and service. Also the trolley is great for kids. Our two year old loves when we sit on the trolley. Allison did a great job as our server and food was excellent.

We made reservations at 7:30 for 14. We didn’t even get acknowledged for a good 10-15 mins. Once we finally got someone, we immediately got sat!

Great waitress, fun environment, comfortable seating, and lots of tasty food. There’s nothing bad on the menu. I definitely recommend the cheese cake.

Very pleasant atmosphere, they seem to be understaffed which is sad. The food is pretty good, tropical Italian chain food. If you order a cream soda you get to keep the glass. Our waitress was very good and attentive. The bar was empty and only half the dining room was used. There was no wait and we were seated right away despite being short staffed.

Eating with a party of 5, food and service was great until it came time to pay. Will our server did a bazaar exercise of spiting each meal in 1/2 and creating two checks that were not at all equal. Not sure why he could not have charged half the bill on one card and half on the other, the bill would have been off by maybe 1 cent and not 10 dollars.

Service was slow. Sauce was not the same as it used to taste very bland. Biggest issue left tip for waitress in cash and paid bill with credit card. Tip was added to bill on top of cash tip. Called and spoke with manager Zack who said he would refund and never did. Sad used to love this place but won’t return. Olive Garden is the place to go.
