I went there with my girlfriend and a friend. We were looking for a place to eat and grab a beer after riding for hours. I ordered a can of Miller lite and my girlfriend ordered a twisted tea. My beer exploded once I opened it. The lady laughed and gave me a couple napkins. The beer tasted terrible like it was old. She just said oh it might have been in that fridge for a while. Didn’t offer me a different beer. So we ordered food we both ordered pulled pork sandwiches and fries. It took forever to get the food and when we got it you could tell it was one of those microwaved pulled pork containers you buy from the frozen food section. It it was super hot you could tell it was microwaved and the fries were greasy and burnt. The real shocker was that it cost $75. All we ordered was the sandwiches and fries 1 can Miller and 2 cans of twisted tea. Absolutely ridiculous! I cant believe they are still open. Save your money dont go here there are better bars in the area.

Twilight Zone? Maybe. But some of those episodes were pretty cool.
My husband and I camped nearby and usually dine out our first evening. I happened upon this place and curiosity lured me in.
It literally is an old high school. Mom greeted us at the door, the bar patrons smiled as we entered and we found a spot for the two of us with our doggo.
Our dog was served first and we ordered from the bar. The food was really good. Kind of like down home cafeteria vibe. That makes no sense. But you will see when you get here.
We dined, had conversation with Mom and the table next to us. We laughed and relaxed and left feeling welcome with a book to read from the take one/leave one.
We will be back to leave a book and support this neat little place. ❤️

I don’t mean to be harsh but we were the only customers in the restaurant and we still waited 45 min for our food and I had to wait an extra 6 because my fish wasn’t done and she forgot to put my onion rings in. We didn’t get any of the dipping sauces until the food was half eaten. We had to ask for extra drinks. It was just a very strange situation. My fish wasn’t cooked all the way. I felt like the owners were in the twilight zone.

My friend and I were driving through the area from OH to PA and stopped to the restaurant when we were hungry and somewhat lost. We were so glad we did. The owner was very friendly and she spent time getting to know us. My sandwich was delicious and my can of beer was ice cold. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

Christina and Roger make this already interesting place even more fun. They have 19 beers on tap and excellent food. Ask Roger anything about a chemical and he can make it an interesting answer. Great conversation. You must check it out.

$3.75 for a CAN of beer is ridiculous! When we told the older woman working there how we felt she got really mad! Refused to take the tip we offered ‍♀️ Sorry lady, It wasn’t even cold!

Are you really trying to blame taxes for your jacked up prices? There are plenty of regular old bars around here that don’t charge 3.75 for a can of beer Not every bar in the area is a membership club like the legion. You act like you’re competition for that brewery in Dover. Their beer is worth $5 each there because of the atmosphere. It’s beautiful there and the beer selection is out of this world! You’re just a backwood’s little bar in a tiny little town charging big city prices. Get real.

It’s a unexpected surprise. Food was fantastic. Service was good. My only complaint is they didn’t have enough menu’s. They day we went was really busy however. Would definitely return.
