I’ve been coming here for about 12-13 years now with every trip to the smokies. The service and hospitality is always fantastic. The dining options of sitting outside or in by fireplace Re great choices. Never once had a bad meal or experience while dining here. My go to is always the ribeye steak sandwich. The chicken club is also good choice. The black bean spring rolls and loaded potato chips are tasty apps. Warm Fresh made sourdough bread with butter is complimentary and their desserts are a great take home option. My last visit i had a private igloo which only available during the Christmas holidays and requires a reservation.

The family and I had reservations to eat in the igloos last week. We had not eaten here before so we wanted to give it a shot. Such a cute idea. The igloos were decorated so cute with twinkling lights, and beautiful decor. Loved the vibe. Only problem, it was warm out, but that wasn’t their problem. They were prepared in case it got cold. The food was amazing from the salmon, to the chicken tenders, and burgers. The server was very attentive and took great care of us. We had a great time. It was worth the extra money for the dining experience in the igloos. Even without the igloos, we will be back.

The food is AMAZING!! We always Come back everyime we come to pigeon forge. Never had a bad experience. I ordered the fried catfish and even though its farmed raised, its some of the best ive ever had. The cakes are also amazing. I forgot to take a Pic before I dug into it, but it was soft and sweet.

We always try and have a meal at the Pottery House when we are in Pigeon Forge. Always great food and service. This visit was really good, got seated outside in the dome which was nice. All of our food, lasagna, steak, ribeye sandwich and chopped steak were delicious. So was the peanut butter pie that we got to take home. Definitely recommend!

If I had to rate the best place to eat in the area, I’d choose this one! The server was amazing, the food was top tier and the restaurant was SO nice. They even had these “snow globe” huts outside and it definitely added to the cozy atmosphere. They have these CUTEST pottery store, and better yet…. They serve all their food on the homemade pottery! Talk about cool! I absolutely cannot wait to come here again.

Found the best sandwich in Tennessee. The pimento cheese blt is the quintessential southern sandwich. So good! We enjoyed everything we got and will definitely be adding this to our regular spots to eat! Family friendly. Clean. Good portion sizes. A little pricey but the portions help make up for it. It was hard to find parking so we almost missed out.

Deliciousness lives here. They told us we’d have a 20 to 30 minute wait when we arrived at 1:30, but it was only about 10 minutes. Here’s a neat extra: we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sun in a heated tent. Really awesome winter option. The food is really good and the prices are reasonable.

Fantastic service and food! Our party had burgers, the fried cod special, spinach Muenster quiche and cafe wedge salad, as well as carrot cake, coconut cream pie and peanut butter pie. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. The complementary bread was warm and fluffy. As other reviewers have mentioned, the hostess is not friendly and acts like you are a burden when you approach the stand to put your name on the list. Replace her and it’s a perfect experience! The text you receive with a link to show how many people are in line in front of you is really nice.

Food was excellent. Fresh bread was fantastic. I had the Bacon Cheese Burger, it came with perfectly crisp steak fries. The Burger was a perfect medium as ordered, and bun was delicious.
Service was superb. Rusty made great recommendations. The food came very quickly.
The only downside was the wait, almost 1hr, but it was valentines day.
There was plenty of free parking across the street.

Great place in the Old Mill Area. Awesome baked goods. We had a light lunch of delicious soups and sandwiches but the had a nice menu to choose from. Be prepared to wait, they don’t take reservations and are very popular. We thought the desserts would be better since their bakery is so popular.
