The Oceanaire is such a nice and hidden seafood location. Last night I visited for my second time and I was once again so impressed with the entrees and service.
They have an extensive seafood list, from a raw bar to numerous high-end fish options, sushi and even unique fish preparations. They also have the classics like surf and turf or a filet.
The service is amazing, with numerous people catering to you all night. We had great suggestions, lively servers and actually helpful advice for our meals instead of just “this is the menu.”
Warning: this location is not easy to stumble upon. It is at Pointe Orlando, which has automated paid parking. There is also a Valet location near the entrance of The Oceanaire. I went by this location 100 times before I decided to check it out and I am glad I did.

Me and my wife randomly went here, we didn’t have any reservations so we sat at the bar! The staff were so nice and accommodating! We were waited on by a duo one of their names was Lauren, I forget the other lady’s name! They were so nice and fast, they made great recommendations!!! Very good atmosphere, will definitely be back !!!

Savoring the fine dining experience here was like capturing lightning in a bottle, an unforgettable experience. Rarely have I had shrimp tempura that was as perfectly crafted as what was served here; it was truly exceptional. The steak, potatoes, and sushi stood out as a beacon of culinary prowess, incredible in every aspect. What made my friend’s birthday celebration truly special was the wonderful dessert and the thoughtfully signed card by the entire staff, a detail that speaks volumes. With service and attention to detail that surpass expectations, I am more than happy to recommend this establishment.

I used to love coming here because the place had an impeccable, classy atmosphere and felt truly five-star. Unfortunately, this last visit didn’t live up to that standard. While the food itself maintained its quality—the snapper was big, fresh, and delicious—the rest of the portions were surprisingly small for the price point. Service was just okay, not what I’d expect from a restaurant of this level. What disappointed me the most was being seated in a dark corner, which took away from the overall dining experience. It wasn’t the elegant, polished vibe this place once had.

We went for magical dining month. There were several choices to choose from and I chose the shrimp and grits as appetizer, steak and shrimp, and the toffee bread pudding. It was all just ok. The steak was ordered medium and came out nearly well done. I should have ordered medium rare and the plate was just not pretty as you can see on this picture it was not a great presentation for a high end restaurant. Shrimp and grits were good and I was impressed with their coffee would I go if it wasn’t magical dining? Probably not. Pretty nice decor inside. The server was attentive.

Our server Angie was amazing and wonderful service , the manager Roger was nice too and even found my friend chocolate ice cream from a neighboring restaurant, so kudos to him for going above and beyond for customer service. I will say that every was seasoned very nicely, and that the seafood quality was high as you would expect from a restaurant of this caliber , but I feel that the portions were shrunk down greatly for the magical dining menu. The plates were like teases of the full dish on the regular menu.

Went during the Magical Dining event and had the 3 course dinner and ordered 2 additional items. I had the shrimp and grits for appetizer. The chicken fried lobster for an entrée and the key lime pie for dessert. Added the crab Louie and got angry. Angry is a menu item. Peppers and siracha sauce. The crab Louie was small and flaky. Crab Louie and angry were just okay. A bit bland. However the rest of the meal was very good. Service by my waiter Thomas was very goid.I believe the managers name was Tania and was happy I enjoyed my meal. Oceanaire is a good and elegant looking restaurant at Pointe Orlando.

Overall good, but service missed on some points, slow service and lack of proper clearing and prep before next round of food. Star of the meal was the shrimp fried rice as a side, it’s good, but shouldn’t necessarily be the highlight. Got surf & turf and my turf was overcooked.
