We’ve always loved coming here for a delicious filling breakfast. The staff are so kind. We love the breakfast burritos and the biscuits and gravy. Don’t forget a hot chocolate with whipped cream!

This is a family owned and operated Mexican/American food restaurant that has the best food that you will find in Saguache. If you have never tried hatch green chili I highly recommend you giving it a chance and have it smothered on your burrito or burger. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. I stop here every time I am in the area.

Stopped here on our way thru town, as it was pretty much the only option on the weekday evening we were driving thru. Food was decent, nothing to write home about, but the service was kind and quick and we were grateful for the meal.

My daughter and I stopped at The Oasis on our way to Denver. We did not want fast food or a full on restaurant. The Oasis was perfect. We got an appetizer of fried mushrooms. Then my daughter ordered the hot hamburger sandwich which was an open faced beef burger over a soft thick slice of bread with mashed potatoes and beef gravy all over it. I got a grilled cheese and ham sandwich and they used a legit 1/2 inch slice of ham grilled to perfection together with a side order of onion rings. Everything was sooooo delicious. We got a piece of banana pie to bring home and we each have at least half of our meals left. The waitress was also incredibly nice and attentive. I wish The Oasis was a lot closer to home because we’d be going a lot more often.

This restaurant was excellent! We are traveling to Creed, Colorado and we stopped here for lunch! Great food, great service and very clean! Good atmosphere! You won’t be sorry!

I drove all this way to be told they “can’t change their Google hours” and me and my 5 year old son were not served. Mind you, I came at 6:45 when they were still open (they close at 7). Unprofessional. There is nowhere to ear. 1 star.
