The Good: spacious & seems clean. Staff was friendly.
The Bad: drink lacked flavor. Tasted more like milk with a hint of watered down coffee than “Butter toffee coffee”. It was mostly ice (pic taken after an hour in my work truck), way overpriced, mystery ingredients.
Mgr or owner kept saying how tasty my drink was, maybe hoping to override my taste buds?

I won a $100 gift card to Germantown Hub last year. The gift card had no expiration. I went last week to purchase multiple protein powders and healthy meal powder (My total would have been well over $200). I gave them my gift card to use for part of the total. I was told the gift card would not “swipe” or “work” with the new card system they have now because there has been a new owner since I won the gift card. I was told I would not be able to use my $100 gift card. I told the sweet girl working that was unacceptable since the card has no expiration, so I would love to speak with the new owner. Getting a new card system should have nothing to do with my gift card, especially when I was still going to be spending over $100 of my money for 1 transaction. I was told the new owner would call me. Never got a call. The right thing to do would have been honor my gift card. I realize the card “wouldn’t swipe” with the new system, but they could have easily deducted $100 from my total. I will not support a business that does not put customer service first when I was simply trying to use a gift card.

Great atmosphere! Amazing service and knowledgeable staff. Tried this place out of curiosity and will most definitely be back on a weekly basis. Tried the meal which consisted on the cranberry aloe shot , peach tropical tea, and a strawberry cheesecake shake….all choices were fantastic! This puts other smoothie joints to shame.

We stumbled upon Nutrition Hub the day they opened. The staff are super friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The shakes are so good and are such a health way to satisfy my sweet tooth. Since they’ve been open, we have gone 1-2 times a week every week. I recommend to everyone but especially anyone who follows a low carb lifestyle.

Let me take a moment and say this family would never treat anyone and different than anyone else. You could not ask for a sweeter more loving family. This family has been contacted by extortion groups demanding money or the groups would trash their business with bad reviews. As you can see they did not pay the blackmailers so they are attacking this business using lies. Please feel free to go to the store all are welcome..i would encourage loyal honeat reviews of their amazing products served to you in a kind friendly manner no matter who you are or the color of your skin.

Beware People Of Color!!!!!
I thought it was just me but after the reading the reviews I am not alone. I went here yesterday at the recommendation of my nail technician. The girl that waited on me was the flat out cold and rude. No greeting, smile, or anything. I asked for recommendations about the shakes she answered the question but nothing else. I didn’t think much about it until she took my card swiped it, sat the iPad down with my card on top of it, proceeded to walk off and go back and start chatting with the group of workers at the end of the counter. The fact that she did not place my card back in my hand and could not be bother enough for me to complete the transaction said volumes. I’m usually a great tipper but not yesterday. My color was the issue because I watched for while for the next customers that can in. BLACK PEOPLE DO NOT GO HERE!

It’s actually kinda sad. My cousin was stoked to go to this place and even spent her own money to purchase two shakes for us ($17!!!!) when I came home to visit from college. She was terribly disappointed upon tasting it. I felt really bad for her because she wanted to finally spend her own money when taking me out and she was highly disappointed. I will say, it does taste like chalk. Please keep your $17 for Smoothie King or Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

watched as they served the white customers before as even though we were there first and waiting politely. the drinks are ridiculously overpriced. they calls them “teas” when it’s a powder with a small amount of caffeine, water, and over half of the cup is just ice. extremely expensive and taste TERRIBLE! will never come back. terrible experience

Terrible service. Went with a few friends and we waited 15 minutes just to order. Eventually got our drinks but everyone in our group a hated their drinks. Got the mango drink, didn’t even taste mango flavor. Furthermore, we are POC and after reading a few reviews it seems they treat POC differently like make them wait longer etc. Go somewhere else, do not support this business.
