Loved the nook! This was last one of our Juicy Lucy stops but this was my number 2 out of the 3. Came here to try the Juicy Lucy and wasn’t disappointed! I ordered the Juicy Lucy with pepper jack cheese it was off the hook cheese was so gooey! The staff were great, the service was quick and the burgers were fantastic. A healthy portion of properly cooked fries accompanied the burgers along with some pickles. We would gladly return every time we are in town. 100% recommend!

I have this note in my Saved tab that says “wasn’t impressed.” It’s there so I can remind myself not to revisit. Having had the jucy Lucy at Matt’s, 5 8, and the Nook, I’d say the Nook is in second place. But overall the experience for me was kind of meh. If you just want to bowl, have a beer and eat pub food, this is certainly a place you can do that. If you’re on the hunt for the best burger in the Cities, this is probably not that place.

We have been wanting to come here for a while and we finally made it. The burgers are top notch and the service is amazing. Make sure you give the burger a couple of minutes to cool down because the melted cheese is hot. Shout out to our server Jordyn for being awesome!

This is a Minnesota legend and its easy to see why. The burgers are obviously amazing and a big reason why everyone comes but I think the whole menu is great. The wings and apps are all delicious and huge portions… even during happy hour. I really liked the pickles and peppers they were a different take on deep fried pickles that were really good. I also had the nook curds and if you like honey these are a most try. Went for the Monday $3 burger special and I would say on that one you get what you pay for… Really the whole place is a must try!

Came here for happy hour with a friend after work. I’ve heard good things from friends and finally got around to checking it out. The happy hour specials are fantastic and it was fun to sit downstairs near the bowling alley. Coming here made a Friday afternoon that much better, so I’ll definitely be back. 5 stars from me!

Strong with the Force, this place truly is.

The Lodge Burger, ordered with a black bean patty, arrived balanced and satisfying — hearty, well-seasoned, and proof that plant-powered choices need not walk the path of compromise. Fresh toppings, a solid bun, and a build that held together like a well-trained Padawan.

Then came the Dill Pickle Cheese Curds… and hmm, powerful they are. Crispy on the outside, gooey within, with that punch of dill tang that keeps you reaching for “just one more.” Resist them, you will not.

There is a reason this spot has earned its place on Google’s Twin Cities Top List. Quality, consistency, and comfort food done right, the Force guides them well. A return visit, inevitable it is.

First time ever experiencing cheese curds and the burger with melted cheese from the center !! I can’t remember our waitress name but she gave us the best recommendation. This was my first time visiting Minnesota and I was thrilled to have found this place. If I ever return to St. Paul’s I will make it a point to come back.

I thrived the sweet potato fries – cooked to perfection seasoned with sugar and cinnamon (I prefer Ceylon cinnamon). The original cheese curds – it was like funnel cake and cheese without the sweetness. And the nook burger- the patty was seasoned so well!! First time I’ve ever wanted to lick a burger lol.

This place is a VIBE, went there because of the reviews and also cause of Triple D’s. I order the lodge burger which is Joe Mauer’s favorite and was amazing. Amazing staff and has a vintage bowling alley downstairs. If your in the twin cities I recommend stopping here. Also place gets busy everyday but worth the wait.

Charming, satisfying, and one-of-a-kind, my first time visiting The Nook left nothing to be desired. A great spot for wings, burgers, and beverages, The Nook is one of the best of what the Twin Cities has to offer. I was blown away by the spacious bar and dining space, complete with a bowling alley and an interior plastered with dollar bills signed by customers. Endlessly re-visitable, I’m grateful to the friend that brought me here and can see myself being back. My thanks to The Nook!
