Some of the best food I’ve ever had is at Noodle House in Seaside. This place really sticks with you after the meal.
The woman running the restaurant somehow manages both the kitchen and the tables and does an amazing job. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the food comes out fresh, hot, and packed with flavor.
I’ve eaten at a lot of places over the years, but this meal was truly memorable. Whenever it’s my turn to pick dinner, this will always be my first choice. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in Seaside.

Delightful discovery! Fabulous food with excellent service in a small cafe by the water vibe. (No view of the water from the restaurant).
We had the salad rolls, Seafood Pho and Bahn Mi. Seriously great flavors and welcoming staff. Fast too! Highly recommend.

This place is phenomenal!!! Visiting from Michigan. I wish this place was in my home state . I have a very large Asian community near my house. This place beats most of them and I wouldn’t expect that here in a beach town ! Everything is fresh made . The pork boa were delicious and unique.
The spicy ramen I had was delicious with a great broth , meat was very tender .
Best part the price was great and well under the average.

Amazing food! We started with the BBQ pork spring rolls and chicken potstickers—both were absolutely delicious (10/10). For entrees, we tried the spicy pork ramen and jungle noodles, and they were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. Honestly, everything we ordered was spot on.
We’re from Texas and would come back just for this food. Highly recommend!

How have I been sleeping on this place?? They have SO much variety! Pho, vermicelli, Boba, wonton soup, noodles, chicken teriyaki, mango sticky rice, thai iced tea, banh mi, bah mee, bao, potstickers and the SALAD rolls! Oh. My. Goodness. So fresh and flavorful (I got chicken). The chicken was moist, plentiful and flavorful. Served with peanut sauce and the most delicious tangy green sauce (made of vinegar, thai basil, sugar and cilantro). I had the brisket and meatballs pho. Full of flavor. Generous portion. Lots of sauces to add in to your hearts desire (hoisin, soy, chili sauce etc).
The owners are so kind with wonderful, attentive service. Found my new favorite spot! Can’t wait to try literally everything on the menu!

Absolutely LOVED the Wonton Soup from Noodle House! A little out of town, but worth the trek. Everything about this bowl of noodles hits the spot. Clear, savory, and perfectly seasoned broth, wontons made fresh with a flavorful pork mixture, and perfect bouncy egg noodles. A total comfort food win and a must-try if you are in Seaside. Highly recommend!

The Noodle House is the real deal. If you know what to look for in an authentic Asian spot, you’ll know it’s good the second you walk in. Service is on point, food was phenomenal, and even as someone visiting from out of town—this place is a must-hit every time I’m back.

Bbq pork salad role – tasty, fresh, generous portion, peanut dipping sauce and tad on the sweet side but not overwhelming 5/5
Beef bank mi – tender flavorful beef in a fresh warm roll. Beef melts in mouth, fresh veggies and trimmings balances the sandwich well. 5/5
Pork bao – tender pork but flavor is just so-so, underwhelming. 3.5/5
Spicy pork belly ramen – broth on the too sweet side, pork belly is tender but bland, needs more veggies 3/5

Best ramen I’ve ever had! Delicate broth with perfectly done noodles and tender vegetables. The meat was juicy! We had the spicy pork belly ramen, the wonton noodle and the Tom Yum noodles. Every last bit was amazing and delicious. The service was excellent too! Will definitely return!
