We love the Noble Savage!! Their smash burgers are out of this world! Highly recommend this fun little environment! We love that the roof is open so the starts can be seen while eating at the rooftop! The staff is amazing, so friendly, and so happy to always see you walk in the door!

Very pleasant visit. The weather was perfect for a dinner on the patio. Would have appreciated a little more attention like opening the burgers fixings up for us to serve ourselves and offering things like napkins etc. The burgers were tasty, a teeny bit salty for my personal taste but otherwise cooked perfectly and on a toasty bun. For a literal hole in the wall, it’s a nice place.

The burgers were cooked on a Blackstone which was interesting for a restaurant and not an issue however they were not seasoned and burnt. The do your own toppings bar was a cool idea however the tomatoes were rotten. I was surprised to get a tiny bag of chips to go with the meal, like the little snack size bags people hand out in gift bags. The atmosphere is pretty cool though. I wouldn’t return. $8 for what we got wasn’t worth it.

I grew up in Hubbard. Born and raised here. When I was growing up we never had a place like Noble Savage. I came back home after being away for some time and came to grab some drinks and food after a football game. And this place is the real deal. Great food, amazing atmosphere, and an even better staff!

A Perfect Evening at The Noble Savage
from the moment I stepped through the door, my first time visit to this outdoor patio bar and grill restaurant was a delight. The customer service at the bar name “Red”and grill (owner, Jason Hubbard) was immediately welcoming and attentive. I was quickly made to feel at home, and the relaxed, inviting atmosphere really set the tone for the evening. Even the regular customers were greeting new customers like me. A great calming place to meet new people and a fantastic spot for the whole family with a welcoming atmosphere that kids will love.
The alcohol beverage selection was impressive, and the bartender as well as regular customers was knowledgeable, helping me choose something that perfectly hit the spot. The authentic beer was down to earth “twang” that reminds you it’s made with passion and not perfection. What truly impressed me, though, was the speed and freshness of the food. My hot “smash burger” dish arrived incredibly fast, yet it tasted like it had been prepared with care right then and there. Every bite was bursting with flavors.
The highlight for me was the buffet setup, where I could customize my dish by choosing my own sauces and a vibrant array of fresh vegetables. This interactive element, combined with the continued great customer service from the staff attending the buffet, made the meal feel personal and exceptional. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of efficiency, quality, and personalized attention. I’m also going to give “The Noble Savage” an extra five stars of rating which equals to a total of ten stars. What a phenomenal atmosphere and job to all staff! I definitely highly, highly recommend and will return.
