We went twice because we arrived near closing time and they were out of Steak and the lamb chop special the first time. The second time I got to try the steak and my fiancé had the Bouillabaisse. Both absolutely delish even without the missing mussels. As a first come first service I recommend arriving early as popular items sell out fast. The steamed clams with Linguiça sausage was amazing honestly. We look forward to the next visit. Thanks guys!

We’ve been huge fans of the Newbergundian for years. From luncheon dates to late afternoon refreshment, to glorious dinners, we’ve enjoyed it all. Today, however, was the first time we’ve gone for brunch. We were decidedly wrong when we’d thought this charming bistro couldn’t get any better.

Everything was amazing here. We had the roasted beets and potato croquettes which were both light and tasty, the steak frites were tender, juicy and cooked exactly as I ordered, and the chocolate pot du creme was a great end to the meal. I will absolutely be back.

Stopped by for brunch and the place was welcoming and beautiful. We opted for the potato croquettes, duck confit hash, and the eggs Benedict. Can’t remember the name of the chocolate dessert. All of it was delicious! The croquettes were my favorite with the mustard and fondue. Everything was delightful with well balanced flavors and texture. Can’t wait to come back to try more.

The food is fresh, local and made upon order – not large batch. The kitchen is visible to clientele. The flavors are balanced and provide an excellent profile. Today I had the Chef salad, Beets, and Chocolate Mousse. High end cuisine at a decent price. Gluten free options.

Amazing food and staff. Chef Shawn (bluest eyes you’ve ever seen) was wonderful. Super friendly staff (Jacob) gave me a impromptu cooking lesson as I was sitting at the bar. (The best view of the action!) Delicious food and Impressive menu and use of space, cleanliness and well trained staff. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful meal. Our server was patient, attentive and knowledgeable, and very understanding in regards to my silly little toddler. Made great suggestions, and checked in regularly. Their menu is small and mighty. The food was so good. I had the lunch special Italian grinder with green salad. Goodness it hit the spot. Beautiful sub loaf, the cured meats are a mystery to me but they were beautiful and fresh. House pickled cucumbers, red onions and baby and microgreens with a vinaigrette, some kind of horseradish spread on the grinder…. I will dream about that sandwich. My 3 year old’s (nearly 4yo) grilled cheese and fries were delicious. I had to try both when they came out. We were seated outside and it was warm and dry. I can’t wait to go back with my husband.

Amazing food, great atmosphere. We sat at the chef’s counter and got to watch the food get prepared, which was a lot of fun. The people working there were really nice. I got the penne pasta and added chicken. So delicious, I highly recommend it!
