Excellent, small menu with something for every taste preference. My dinner companions both had the steak frites which they said was very well prepared and I had a sole with potato cake and roasted greens and cauliflower with a white sauce. Very fresh and the cream sauce was flavorful-I only wish I had a tiny bit more because it was so good! We had potato croquettes for an appetizer which was really good as well.
Service was great. Cozy atmosphere-only thing to note is it is a smaller venue so going on a busy night will be a cause to wait. It was worth the 15-20 min wait we had.

We just flew in from MN and first time in the state and area for a fun wine trip. We had just randomly saw it and wanted to try something local and it was the BEST find!!!! Server was very knowledgeable and knew all of the specials, soups, apps… extremely friendly and kind. We even got extra fries brought out by the owner! We will be back!!!

Cannot express how much we enjoyed our impromptu meal there. We sat at the bar and watched some of the magic happen. The chef easily shared how he made certain items (those pickles! And the beets!). The burger was one of the best we ever had.
Staff moved around with grace and humor. They all looked like they enjoyed being there. What a difference that can make. If we are ever in the area again this will be a must stop.

Came here for breakfast with my partner and our 6 year old. Overall food was good, service was good as well as the atmosphere. The disappointment came when we realized there is no kids menu for breakfast. This resulted in us ordering a waffle off the main menu for my kid as well as an order of bacon so she could have some protein . My 6 year olds breakfast was $26 and she ate half of it. Her meal was $3 more than my meal. Another family across from us had two kids, they also ordered a waffle but asked if the two is could split one waffle. Looks like a demand for a breakfast kids menu is there. Ordering al a carte would have also been way more expensive then a typical kid menu. To the chef and manager, please, please, please, consider adding a kids menu for breakfast. You have one for dinner but I want to take my kiddo here for breakfast on a weekend. I can’t do that for $26 for her meal. It should be simple to add half a Waffle and a piece of bacon for a kids menu. Or one egg, bacon and toast for a reasonable price.

Went to this incredible Bistro today, for the first time. The staff was so amazing, friendly and attentive. Even got to meet the owner, Noelle. Such a sweet Lady.
We had the Fish and Chips, which is fresh Halibut, fries and coleslaw. Loved everthing, including the appetizer. Took some vanilla cheesecake home for dessert.
Amazing experience. If you want fresh quality food, it is a MUST.

Update: We had a Broadway show to attend and I’d had a great experience before at this restaurant so before driving into Portland we went here for dinner as part of our nite out. If you follow me I rate based on food and service experience. That’s why we eat out right ? Honestly the food was still really great. The service was bad, like really bad (I don’t think I’ll return bad). We ordered and every single entree came out at the same time. So by the time we got to our main meal it was cold. I also ordered a glass of wine and it was a very small pour for $14 dollars….I was so surprised, I asked the server if this was a normal pour or a sample to see if I wanted a glass? (Save your money don’t order wine here). The waitress changed everything I felt able this place.

This place was amazing!!! From the food to the service, everything was beyond perfect. It was my parents’ and my first time in Oregon, and the staff made us feel perfectly at home. I went for dinner only, and my parents went for brunch as well. Small menu, but with everything being locally sourced, you can’t go wrong with anything you order. 100% would recommend to anyone and can’t wait to go again :))
