It’s good food don’t get me wrong and affordable I don’t know if it’s just me or what but the pork sausage taste gross lol in my scramble I got it’s terrible it taste sooo porky and I don’t know how to explain it bad after taste otherwise the food is okay the egg is plain as day they could’ve added a dash of salt lol

This is twice now that I’ve picked up an order to go for Country Fried Steak from The Stretch…and this time was just as amazing as the last time. With a slightly crunchy exterior and covered with gravy along with mashed potatoes ( also covered with gravy ), this is a seriously mouthwatering meal if you’re as much into comfort foods as I am. On top of that, in both instances this was done and ready for me by the time I drove across town, which was less than 10 minutes later…and I wasn’t just ordering for myself but was also ordering for my wife and my sister-in-law.
KILLER food, a quick turnaround and friendly employees. What more could you ask for in a restaurant ? You owe it to yourself to give this place a try if you haven’t been there before ( or haven’t been back in a while )…you won’t be disappointed !

So I think of myself as a foodie, I love trying new foods and good ole down home cooking. And let me tell you, YOU MUST STOP AN SEE MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE! If you LOVE down home cooking, bring u back to grammas house cooking, then you have to stop in at THE STRETCH !! it’s under new owners and they have it together ❤️ from the absolutely amazing food to the awesome friendly atmosphere and comfy vibe, it’s the spot to stop !! Stopped in for breakfast and I was blown away by everything.

The waitresses seemed confused about the options that came with our meals. Also with how to use the tablet. One person in our group ordered hotbeef w/ potatoes and bread. The meat was horrible, fatty & full of gristle. Chicken noodle soup was like no other I’ve ever seen. The robot is kinda cute but makes a very annoying sound.

My husband is truck driver and we where together looking for a place to eat breakfast at 5pm and this place does not disappoint. The waitress was very friendly and caring. We ordered a Skillet for each one with all the meats, onions, pepper and mine includes the pancake for 12 dollars. We are definitely coming back.

Very kool vibe. My German Burger with Sauerkraut and onion rings were cooked to perfection. I added the katsup and mustard so dont freak out. The staff were very nice people. I hope to make it through there again soon.

Easily best breakfast in fond du lac. Everything about our experience was top tier. The food, service, the coffee. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean- something previously lacking here with past owners. I had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners this morning- and I’ll say what I said to them again here. I ordered the chicken fajita skillet, and wow — the flavor was spot on. Perfectly seasoned, generous portions, and served sizzling hot. You can tell they put care into their cooking.
