I had my wedding here on 11/22/25 and I truly could not have imagined a more perfect venue. A few months before our day, we learned The Nest had been sold and would soon have new owners, which at first was honestly terrifying. But the moment we met them, every worry disappeared. We instantly knew our wedding was in good hands.
Looking back, I cannot picture our day without them. Everything flowed flawlessly, we didn’t experience a single hiccup, and that is entirely because of their team. The service, communication, and attention to detail were incredible.
Not only is this a stunning venue with beautiful views, but the food is outstanding—our guests are still talk about how good the hors d’oeuvres were. You truly get an amazing team, amazing food, and an unforgettable view. I recommend The Nest wholeheartedly not only for a wedding but even just for a great meal.

Food was very good and customer service was outstanding On Christmas Eve, I had the pleasure of dining at the Nest, where the food was exceptional and the customer service was outstanding. I just experienced the Nest for the first time this past weekend. It was recommended by a friend, so we decided to try it. WOW is all I can say. Forget food for just one moment. The sunset is spectacular!!!!!!! The live music was delightful and really added to the experience.
Next, the food. Amazing. So well done, so well-priced and so delicious. I probably over ordered because I wanted everything on the menu. If you like wine, they have a fabulous selection of wines and very well priced!!!
Finally, the service. Apparently, it is under new ownership, and I was super impressed. Attention to detail was right on. We had a main waiter, but everyone helped out. We felt very comfortable. Definitely a 5 Star experience all around.
Stay tuned, I am going to visit again this week for a second try. They have a lively bar area where they show sports and have a separate bar menu. I will try that the third time. I am going back for a special occasion. Bravo The Nest!!!!!!

Wow—what a transformation at The Nest on Hutchinson Island! From the moment you walk in, the vibe feels fresh, warm, and welcoming. The renovations give it a whole new energy, and the enhanced menu is outstanding. And the view… absolutely stunning water and a gorgeous sunset.
We were a party of six and every dish arrived together at the perfect temperature. The grouper was flaky and flavorful, the duck wonderfully crispy, the filet tender like butter, and the short ribs melted in your mouth. Every accompaniment was spot-on. We were stuffed, but still made room for dessert—couldn’t choose, so we ordered them all—and every bite was worth it.
What truly stood out was the service. The team treats you like family and goes above and beyond to make your experience exceptional. Also, don’t skip the bread basket with whipped butter—hot, crispy, and delicious.

10/10 recommend. Beautiful atmosphere. Amazing staff. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. We had special dietary restrictions and the chef was very accommodating. Great wine selection. They also have a great happy hour! A must try if visiting Hutchinson Island. (Photos of crispy duck and calamari steak iare without sauce, both were delicious!!)

Had a great experience tonight at the Nest. We had the seafood sampler, might as well be a seafood tower! 6 huge shrimp, ceviche, crab cocktail, tuna, oysters! Amazing! WE also got the Black Grouper and the Scallops. Delicious. Our server Steven was great. Attentive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to interact with. Even the owner Mackenzie came over and chatted with us! 10/10! Will definitely be back!

Went to The Nest tonight and really enjoyed our meals! I ordered the special which was swordfish and it was delicious! My husband ordered the 5oz Filet which he really enjoyed! We will definitely go back and hope to see scallops sometime soon on the menu! As we understand it they are under new ownership and are doing a great job!
