Nell Grace has excellent food. The fried catfish is crispy, crunchy, fried hard and seasoned well. The fish is hot and tender.
The chicken wings are good. Cooked fresh to order, crispy, original, lemon pepper or hot honey.
The sides are all good. Seasoned and hot. The Mac and cheese is really good, the greens have chunks of meat in them, the black eye peas are new years worthy!
The restaurant is neat, remodeled older home. Spacious, has bar and eclectic decor.
The only knock is the service. While very friendly, service is slow. It’s not super efficient out of the kitchen. It’s not super attentive at the table and is the area for improvement for Nell Grace to be a regular go-to spot.
It’s definitely not fast food. But, it is excellent food.

I I have nothing bad to say. I had a great first experience! I was warmly greeted, and my food was hot. I went for lunch, and there wasn’t a long wait at all, maybe 10 to 12 minutes. This is definitely a hidden gem! In the picture is hamburger steak, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese.

Had a great night here. Our organization had a blowout Christmas party here. Live music. Beautiful nice affordable. The staff was absolutely amazing. It’s hard to please me and I had to thank Jade and Makayla. And every waitress and waiter there. We had a great night and the food was great. I had Cajun pasta and it was delicious. The steak is great and I was shocked at the prices. They have it together. This what you want!!! Vegan food etc. This restaurant is on the come up and it’s 2026 style already Way to go !!! Oh and security there is the best in the city. Safe fun tipsy and had a blast. you need to try them. Your guy or lady will thank you. Friends will enjoy and it’s something new and fun no cap. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Let’s go !!!!!! Went here for dinner, arrived around 7:30pm they had very limited menu. Only three options fish, chicken, or a burger. I ordered a frozen margarita, when my drink arrived 15 minutes later, it was on the rocks; not frozen at all. When my fish arrived it was not hot nor was my friends chicken. The cook explained that the food was just taken out of the grease, no steam or anything from the food. The concept of the restaurant is nice but they should have made a Costco run before opening for dinner and also opting to prepare food fresh or at least have the audacity to have food warmers. I would not recommend this restaurant until they have inventory to accommodate a full service restaurant setting.
