Had breakfast at The Neighborhood Cafe for the first time a few weeks back and we really enjoyed it. We were seated right away even though it was busy. Service was top tier and food was really good, especially for the price. We ordered the Breakfast Burrito and the Burrito Bowl. Everything tasted great and we would definitely come back again!

Food was delicious, the restaurant was cozy and relaxed, the staff was so nice, it was an absolute joy of a restaurant. I’m not one to take pictures of my food ever, but my meal looked too good to pass up on the opportunity. Our waitress was so kind and had fun with our daughter, and made celebrating her 3rd birthday absolutely wonderful. If you’re in the area, you’re a fool if you don’t stop in for lunch!

Great family owned…neighborhood cafe. I’ve only been for breakfast/brunch but never disappoints. Pictured is the burrito bowl. If you’re ever feeling a boozy brunch, that option is also available. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a solid breakfast/brunch option.

Great brunch spot near our house. We sat outside with no wait time, got a lot of food for the price and there was a lot of variety on the menu so it was tough to decide honestly. I ended up getting pancakes, eggs, pasta, grits. Everything was yummy, would definitely go back!

It was a good experience. The temperature of the building could have been a little higher. By the end of the meal, I was uncomfortable. BUT the food was FANTASTIC. I chose the half chicken salad sandwich with a cup of soup. Delicious. The service was top notch. A very cute and quaint place. On warmer days, there’s outside seating, too. You gotta experience it.

Food was good not great in my opinion. Service was very polite and quick. I really enjoyed the fruit as it was very fresh and flavorful, eggs were basic but also good along with the bacon. The pancake and the coffee cake weren’t my favorite but i seen several folks really enjoying them. Both were too spongy for me but neither was bad just not my favorite.

Had the broccoli cheddar soup- it was quite salty and wasn’t served with crackers. The chicken salad sandwich was okay but somewhat overpriced. Service was quick but non attentive. The blueberry cobbler dessert was a big disappointment. The blueberry was mostly gelatin and the cobbler wasn’t a cobbler at all. Nice people but they would have to pick up their game before we would return.

If you enjoy a fresh, hot breakfast in the charm of an old house, or the pet friendliness of patio seating, this is your spot. Service is pretty straight forward and efficient. Portions are good. Prices are reasonable. Menu is varied. They are super accommodating to substitutions if you have food allergies though it would be nice if they had gluten free options on the menu. They also have live music on certain days/times (like Sunday brunch). Parking can be a little tricky if you arrive during peak hours (access to the parking lot is around the building).
Access to the outdoor patio or the inside dining room is manageable for those with mobility issues (mostly flat with ramps where needed). The outdoor patio tent area is heated during the colder months.
Overall, a solid spot.

The place is so cute! We sat outside in their heated tent. They turned the heaters on and off in regular intervals to keep the temperature inside consistent. The food was delicious! The sandwich came out hot, and it didn’t fall apart while I was eating. The suggestion Michelle, our waitress, gave us to ask for the crépe sauce to be on the waffle instead of standard syrup was a game changer. Ask your server for their input if you come here! They know what they’re talking about. I will be back.
