This place produces some incredible food. I hear they have a new menu coming out. I couldn’t imagine what else they are adding. You should go now and try some things and then go again after the menu upgrade to find even more amazing dishes they create.
Price is good, food is great, staff are fun and attentive. The location is spotless and fun. Great place to go with friends, a date, work party, or in my case, alone. I prefer alone. That way I can buy more for me. Leftovers… mouth watering even when cold… Give them 10 stars and a smiley face sticker. They are doing amazing thing here.
The service was quick and food presented well and tasted great. We had the seared salmon and chicken fried chicken. Both were cook perfectly.
Brunch is 11-2 on Saturdays and Sundays
Fully recommend visiting. I’ll definitely be going back.

The atmosphere, seating and staff were all great but they did have a fly problem in the restaurant. They did go away after a while but it took away from the aura and experience. The staff checked up on us multiple times throughout our meal to refill water etc. which was welcomed!
The food was very good! We tried the 8oz. bar steak and eggs, chicken and french toast, and the Nashville chicken. All the plates were cleaned which is good but I do have doubts about the 8 oz steak. Of course there’s no way to vibe check the restaurant on the weights, it just seemed a little smaller than 8 oz steaks at other restaurants. Like I said, it’s so hard to write this review as I find myself complimenting the restaurant but also taking away from the compliment to give the whole truth.
From reading other reviews it seems like two big complaints are the staff’s attitude and taste of the food/ incorrect orders. I am quite happy that we did not encounter either of these issues during our visit!
All in all, I would def come back to The National, I would like to try some of the other food they have!!
We both had fish specials & cleaned our plates. Hubby & I still talk about how heavenly the crembrulee was to this day!! I think the only real chef in town must work here.
I would not recommend the restaurant for LARGE parties as it’s a very intimate restaurant.
alfredo was not. Extremely bland, it was as if they just forgot any seasoning. I asked her if she wanted a box to go and she said it’s not even worth taking home. The only reason I’m giving three stars is because my pork chop was good and they comped our meal because of the wait. The kitchen is basically open to see from the dining area and the kitchen appeared to be in chaos the entire time we were there.
