We had Great Friendly service and Avery hearty breakfast. We needed wheelchair table access. They were happy to accommodate. We sat outdoors and it was lovely. The coffee was Hot and the Sweet Tea not so Hot . I’m not sure if it was tea or not.. Our order came out Hot and Fast. The Irish Eggs Benedict was tasty. The hash was crispy but not dried out the eggs were cooked hard(solid yolk) which was disappointing. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the sausages (bangers) were unexpectedly juicy and tasty.

UPDATE – I came back the next day for lunch and the wings were a disappointment. The garlic parmesan had little flavor and some cheese half melted on it. Not appealing at all.

The service was great. The greeter and server were friendly and attentive. The temperature in the diner was cold. They serve breakfast all day. We ordered a vegetable omelette with Swiss cheese and the California Benedict. Both came with a hearty serving of home fries. The eggs were delicious. The home fries were not. A bit over priced when half of the order is inedible. I give this restaurant a 3.5 out of 5.

Food was great. Loved the mystic burger, fries were hot and yummy. Husband had the mystic panini also very good. Service was meh we got our drinks, food, and check and that was it. Felt like an afterthought. The hostess was rude and unfriendly. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, we enjoyed sitting outside.

Stopped in for a late Saturday lunch coming home from the Mystic Aquarium. Plenty of seats available and was happy to be seated in a booth with only 2 people. Diner is very well lit open. I particularly liked the 1 inch blue mosaic tile and the red diner Coca Cola cups. Our server seemed a bit inexperienced but overall was very attentive. We enjoyed a nice tasty meal. Typically my first time at a new Diner I try the BLT. This place passed my BLT/coleslaw/pickle test! top diner quality sandwiches. If i make it back I cant wait to try a melt. Try this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

Enjoyed a nice lunch. The burger was tender. That salad was mostly fresh, excluding the tomato. The sandwich and breakfast selections are great. Loved the counter. BLT was loaded with bacon and yummy. Fresh brewed ice tea! The dessert look amazing. I think what one thing I would improve upon is fresh tomatoes. Loved the tuna melt on whole grain bread!

A favorite of the locals, and deservedly so. Always busy but plenty of seating, clean, but a little tight.

Mystic Diner is one of the nicest diners I’ve ever visited! It was clean, modern, and even had a full bar! The fruity pancakes, Mystic French Toast, and Short Rib Hash were all delicious for breakfast. I also thought the Greek Sundae was a super cute idea! The drinks were very good, and the lunch options that we tried like the nachos, chef salad, and Greek vegetarian platter were good too. The food came out quickly, and our sever was attentive and helpful! Next time we’ll have to try some of the desserts from the case or the donuts, which looked amazing! The location makes it a perfect stop before or after a day at the aquarium or Olde Mistick Village.

First time here on a fluke. Glad we stopped in. Very large diner, seated right away with coffee in a couple of minutes. Food came out fast. My California eggs Benedict was very good. I love that they have spiked coffee, we really enjoyed the Raspberry Vanilla Iced Mocha. Husband thought his breakfast was ok. He got the Mystic Mess. Potatoes were on the bland side and the Texas Gravy was almost too thick. Otherwise, a good solid breakfast with booze. We’ll try it again. Large menu.
