Great local non-chain coffee shop! I’ve enjoyed lattes and breakfast items on several occasions. I was very impressed with my my most recent experience when I went in to get several gift cards as last minute teacher Christmas gifts. The cashier rang them up quickly put them inside cute cards and envelopes for me. Excellent customer service! I will definitely return for future quick gifts too!

Before hitting the road back home i b looked up coffee shops in the area. I always like to find non chain coffee shops to try out. Stumbled across The Muse and without looking at a menu decided to check it out. The name drew me in. Once there, the lovely young lady said she would be with me shortly. I mentioned it was fine as it was my first time there. I choose 3 different drinks and then asked her, out of the 3 she would recommend, and she chose Nature’s Lover! It was a perfect choice. Loved everything about this coffee, right down to the name! I hate its 2.5 hours away from me but, ill be back for sure try something else

Jon’s breakafst entries and a coffee. They did help us with substituting meat with extra Avacado and toast.

Adorable and cozy! I ordered the “island nut” hot latte. I really enjoyed it. If you’re a hazelnut nut fan this definitely a drink worth trying. When it gets a little warmer out, I can’t wait to try it iced! The staff was very busy and patient with me. I will definitely be back #mommytime

Just found this place today, and I’m glad I did! I had the Nature Lover’s latte and the Laguna Burrito. I highly suggest both. The staff was friendly and quick, despite how busy they were. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Great local coffee shop if you ever need a change of scenery from working from home or studying. All of their beans are available for purchase since they are their own roaster. The specialty lattes are a bit pricey, but the coffee is delicious. They had some breakfast options I’d love to try!

Horrible experience. Ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. We were barely drinking our coffees, so we could have it with our sandwiches. The sandwiches finally came 40min later, and one of them was wrong. I don’t mind waiting or mistakes but when I overhear you accusing my SO of ordering the food wrong when we clearly never even mentioned an avocado toast at all is when I get upset. I asked to get reimbursed and offered the food they gave us back to them. They said they’d reimburse us only to later find out they only reimbursed the wrong food item?? Why wouldn’t you reimburse both when clearly we don’t want the other one now and even tried to hand it back? Anyways thats how we ended up with two cold drinks and no food. The service is very lackluster and I’m not sure if there’s a manager aware of customers wait times. 50$ unhappily spent. Sad because we were excited to come here after months of not coming. This used to be our go to spot about a year back.

This is the best coffee spot in the Triangle hands down! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and they roast all their own coffee. Sipping a coffee at The Muse feels like being embraced in a warm hug. I wish I lived a little closer and could frequent it more, but it’s definitely worth the drive for me.
