Amazing spot, great piano music, savory food, and outstanding service. Their burrata is the best I have ever had. You must save room for desserts they are delicious.

I used to love this place before the renovation. It had great shows, excellent service, and really tasty food. Unfortunately, the experience now is completely different.
The atmosphere is boring, the service has gone downhill, and the prices are way too high for what you get. It’s honestly disappointing to see how much this place has declined.
For the same money, there are plenty of much better places in this area. If you’re expecting the same experience this place used to offer, you won’t find it here anymore.

The food was disappointing…
Our server was great however couldn’t focus on our selves or the meal as we were interrupted by a photographer during our meal for pictures and trying to sell us the photos which just ruined the vibe of our dinner. This restaurant should advertise the vibes NOT the steaks as they were mediocre at best for the price. There is also a great discernment with the lack of transparency with prices. I would come back to listen to the pianist and have a cocktail just wouldn’t recommend eating here!

I got the Branzino and my friend got the short ribs. The food was grrat, and I enjoyed it was perfectly cooked. The show was great but short. Maybe because there wasn’t that many of us that night it was about 10 to 12 of us.

The show at Privée was really nice, however the service was not good. The servers were lost, disorganized, all confused giving the incorrect dishes -including the host-. Also, there was one server that was very snappy, not hospitable. Adding an uncomfortable experience not being able to eat properly because of the small area shared with strangers while eating on top of a coffee table.

Our experience was ruined by the behavior of our waitress, Jennifer. Her demeanor was cold and unpleasant from the very beginning — long before we raised any concerns. She seemed irritated by simple questions, gave visible side glances, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by being there.
When we later asked about canceling an entrée that hadn’t even been served after a 45-minute wait, her attitude only escalated. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she was dismissive and blatantly spoke to other staff members about us while standing close enough for us to notice.
At no point did we raise our voices or behave disrespectfully. We simply expected basic courtesy and professionalism — especially at this price point. Unfortunately, what we received was condescension and indifference

Reserved online but got there and no reservation was found. The place was completely empty with only another couple eating. They didn’t have 5 items from the menu. Ordered an old fashion, was given 2 options of alcohol, picked one, then was told they were out of that too. Ordered a second drink and had to remind the bartender I ordered a second drink. Just an all around weird experience. The shrimp smelled so fishy. Nothing seemed fresh. They are clearly struggling. The girl bartender was nice. That’s about it.
