Great place to eat. Plenty of seating both inside and out. We were there on a Saturday evening and they had a really good band. I had their fish (cod) and fries. The fries are beer battered and delicious. The band played in the upper level of the restaurant. In the summer they have an outdoor stage and a couple fire pits. I would definitely recommend you visit this place. Prices were reasonable. Our waitress was friendly and kept checking in on us. They also sell a variety of t shirts and swear shirts.

I had a fish and chips dinner and I do not recommend it. The fish was tough and chewy.
Other patrons told me that burgers and pizza are decent there, so I’ll visit again and try one of those options.

We were there to see Lady joya who was phenomenal. It was such an amazing time. Couldn’t have asked for a better birthday. I sure hope they bring her back and the monkey bar keeps doing what they’re doing. We loved it! Simply loved it

Was not impressed with food truck, but can not wait until y’all’s kitchen is back open and try the menu. We did have a great spunky waitress who got our drinks and was awesome. Beautiful scenery. Great place for lunch and dinner. Bike trails run beside the restaurant and fun watching kayakers pass by

Great spot, right on bike trail & river. Beautiful venue but only a not great food truck for fast food on a Friday afternoon. Shame, need some good restaurant food. Sit down only to be told no food today’ many said has been this way awhile.

It was a Monday noon and while no food was available drinks were plentiful! Not aware of vegan options, check their website for the most updated info please! It’s a nice big place with plenty of seating and river views! Our group had a blast!

Went for dinner mid week. Service was excellent! I ordered a smash burger and fries. Delicious! Food came out quick. Loved the atmosphere! Next time I’m in town, I plan on returning.

I have been to the Monkey Bar many times over the years. The first time being when my aunt brought me to see the chimpanzee a very long time ago. The building additions and improvements have made this a great destination since then. The great pizza and different food trucks keep me coming back. I really like their cauliflower crust pizza.

When I went with friends and we enjoyed it. They currently did not have food as their kitchen is under remodeling. However, they have bands every weekend. It is definitely a family worthy bar and grill. If you like to kayak you can go on and off the water on the side of the restaurant. My server Lexi was really nice and bubbly. The manager Brian also gave me a quick tour around the restaurant as to why its called ” The monkey Bar’.

Awesome place!! But there is an older woman as a bartender, who snapped her fingers when I didn’t immediately know what to order. she didn’t smile once either. Really bad service. I’m not a dog, I’m a customer.
