UPDATE: The last two times I ordered a Soul Bowl, they omitted the only source of significant protein: the chickpeas. The first time this happened, I showed up with my order already packaged and ready to go (they at least informed me upon pickup). The second time, I only noticed when I arrived home (this time, no notice whatsoever). Both were takeout orders. I wasn’t necessarily expecting a price adjustment for missing a major component of the bowl, however, it is disappointing all around.

Additionally, you have to choose two sauces in order to place an order (even when requesting none). The sauces are simply not good. They are bland (for my taste) and lack any distinguishing flavor, so the waste is unfortunate and unneccesary. Every time I have ordered a bowl, I have not touched them after having a small taste. The sauces are consistent taste-wise. I have removed a star to reflect the discrepancies and the waste inherent with the sauce requirement.

I’ve dined here a couple times before, but oh my gosh…. I had the most divine meal for lunch!! Though I’m not much of a dine-in gal, I was hungry between appointments and decided to stop by. I am so glad I did! Though this place is not vegan, they do have an extensive vegan menu and clearly labeled vegan dishes on their menus (offering substitutions for several non-vegan apps/entrees).

I chose to be seated outside to feel warmth from the sun and ordered a decaf iced herbal tea (with soy milk) that had rose and some other herbs/spices that I can’t quite remember. For the main event, I ordered a “jackfruit soul bowl” from a stand-alone menu. I was able to add additional veggies featured in another bowl which was much appreciated.

I’m being 100% when I say that this bowl exceeded my expectations. I ordered additional sauces (add-on options) and did not use either; it didn’t need any extra boost of flavor! The service was friendly and I couldn’t have been happier with my decision to dine-in. If I had chosen to pre-order takeout online, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to even know of the soul bowl menu. I can only hope that the jackfruit soul bowl and veggie soul bowl become permanent fixtures on their menus.

All-in-all, I highly recommend the jackfruit soul bowl for take-out or dine-in (it also made for great leftovers)!

(Service has been consistently on the slower end, so it’s best to keep that in mind if you have prior obligations or somewhere to be).

I found it on TikTok and decided to try it for myself (I’m visiting from Texas). From the moment I walked in, the place felt warm and welcoming—almost like a clean, modern Southern-style comfort vibe. The customer service is a 10/10: everyone was friendly, patient, and willing to explain the menu in detail. What I really appreciated is that they didn’t just answer questions—they offered helpful suggestions and alternatives without me having to pull it out of them.

You can tell they care about quality and freshness. Some items took a little longer, and honestly, that made me trust them more because it felt like the food was being prepared when it’s ordered—not sitting around pre-made. Everything looked clean, the display was organized, and the ingredients in the dishes matched that same “fresh and intentional” feel.

For food, I tried a vegan bagel dish (I’m not vegan, but I wanted to explore that side of the menu). They were upfront that they didn’t have sprouts that day, and they immediately offered several substitution options so I could still get something I’d enjoy. That kind of transparency and flexibility matters, especially if you have preferences or dietary needs.

The meal itself was exactly what I want when I’m eating out: clean, light, and satisfying. I ate a lot (multiple plates) and still felt good afterward—no heaviness, no drowsiness, no uncomfortable bloat. I left feeling energized and ready to keep my day going, which is rare for me after a full meal.

Their drink menu also deserves real credit. I ordered a drink that starts with an “H” (it’s listed right under the Matcha on their drink menu). I did it half-and-half, used honey as the sweetener, and asked for extra cream—and it was easily one of the best parts of the visit. If you’re trying to pick one thing to start with, I’d recommend that drink first.

Another thing I noticed: they seem to have a strong connection with the community. While I was there, I saw a good number of regulars coming in, and it felt like a place people genuinely return to—not just a one-time “social media spot.” That says a lot about consistency.

They also have another connected building next door, and the overall setup makes it feel like more than just a quick bite—it’s an experience. And I think they may have a points/rewards system (they asked for my phone number when I got my receipt), so if you come often, it may be worth asking about.

Bottom line: if you’re visiting Lancaster, this is a must-stop. Great atmosphere, fresh food, thoughtful service, and a menu with enough variety to satisfy both adventurous eaters and people who like to keep it simple. I’ll absolutely be back before I head home to Texas.

This is a really cute hidden spot to come relax, kick back, order any of there organic teas and food. They have variety of different drinks with alternative milk’s (I’m lactose so this is perfect) and have a whole Vegan menu side.

I got the new breakfast burrito with coconut chai dream w/oat milk.

The atmosphere is great, very cozy and I even saw an older lady crocheting. I will definitely be coming back and if your in town this is the spot to check out.

I can’t believe I’ve never reviewed this place, but definitely one of the best brunch/lunch spots in the valley. I’ve tried several different salads, sandwiches, and teas, and I’ve never been disappointed in anything. Occasionally there can be a bit of a wait, but that’s more of a testament to the quality and popularity than it is a critique. The vibes are nice, and the staff are friendly. If you’re looking for a relaxed and refreshing bite to eat, I’d definitely recommend.

I can speak highly enough of the vegan street tacos. By far the best representation of what you can do with jack fruit. Thank ypu Sonia for the love and care you put into the food. It was amazing!

Stopped by for valentine’s day lunch, the place was busy but the food was worth the wait, and enjoyed my tea.

Such a cute little tea room! It’s so pretty inside and the staff member gave amazing service. I got the lavender lemonade drink, it was delicious. I also got the dragon fruit acai bowl and it was equally as tasty. My friend got the matcha and loved the authentic taste.

This locally owned business is full of heart and soul. I started going during the pandemic and found the owners and staff to be so welcoming and caring, I haven’t stopped. I am a tea drinker and love the variety. The Blue Lady Earl gray and it’s milk counter part, London Fog are my favorites. I even purchased their loose leaf tea. I also love that they offer vegan options which is a rarity in this valley. Most of all, the business owners are devoted to community and caring and you can see that/feel it here.

Good place in an interesting area, give it a try. Had a chai w/ chocolate soy milk – that’s a new-to-me flavor, and it worked well. For a bite to eat, we tried the modern egg sandwich – it has apricot jam in addition to the usual egg salad. It’s unusual, and worked very well together.

Service was friendly & helpful, place is clean and welcoming. There’s a coffee shop next door with an internal opening between them if some in your party would prefer coffee (haven’t tried it though).
